Artichoke Dip
12 oz. can artichoke hearts, chopped 1 c. mayonnaise 1 clove garlic, minced 1 tbsp. oregano 2 tbsp. onion, grated 2 c. white cheddar cheese, grated

1. Combine all ingredients and spoon the mixture into an 8” x 8” baking dish.
2. Bake for 30 minutes at 300 degrees F.
3. Serve with crackers, pita chips or flat bread.
