No entry fee! All entries must be postmarked/emailed by June 1st, 2016.

Productions made after January 1st, 2014. Do not submit works in progress. Do not submit industrial or commercial works. All films must be submitted on DVD or through the Internet. All films submitted should be available in a numeric support. A completed entry form must accompany each entry. All entries should be insured for your own protection. DVDs submitted will NOT be returned. Filmmakers are responsible for submissions shipment to the Festival. The Festival will cover outbound shipping only. The Festival reserves the right to use stills, trailers or less than 15 seconds extract from submitted films in Festival communication purposes (web, print media, television, etc.).
