Vonore Realtor Helps Homeowners Navigate Today’s Unique Times

A

s with so many other parts of today’s economy, the real estate market is in rapid flux. Buying or selling a home, or purchasing a lot with intent to build, is even more stressful than before. The amount of time available to make decisions can be miniscule. During these times, it helps to have an experienced hand at the wheel. With those things in mind, we are excited to bring you an interview with Annette Oliverio, owner of Exit Realty Premier! MV: Tell us a little bit about yourself. What led you to pursue real estate? Annette: I grew up in a military family and moved frequently as a child. Moving from home to home, I realized at a young age that the process of buying and selling a house could be very stressful. My entrepreneurial spirit was kindled, and I decided I wanted to create a better experience for prospective home buyers and sellers. Also, because I moved so much

when I was young, I can relate to the issues of buyers and sellers from all over the country. I moved to Tennessee 37 years ago, living on Tellico Lake for 18 of those years, which has allowed me to become intimately familiar with the area. MV: Would you tell us a little about your background as a homebuilder and Commercial Interior Architect? Annette: Absolutely! After graduating high school, I earned my bachelor’s degree from the University of Tennessee Knoxville, with a major in Interior Architecture and Design. I was recruited immediately after by an architecture firm, and after apprenticing, I received my state license. From there, I worked my way up to the lead interior designer, before striking off to start my own company, Infinity Design. Over time, I expanded and began building homes with my father in 2002, which then enabled me to transition smoothly to real estate. MV: How would you say your background has helped your clients to either

sell or find the right home? Annette: There are a number of ways. From a very young age, I’ve been well aware of how stressful buying or selling a home can be, and I understand what costs go into building and design. Thanks to my long-term experience, I know quality when I see it. When it comes to helping sell homes, I’m able to advise my clients in how to stage their homes to maximize the “Wow!” factor. Not only that, but when it comes to purchasing a property, I

can read the lay of the land to know the best site to build a house. And thanks to my early experiences, I can connect with buyers from all over the country. MV: What made you decide to choose Exit Realty and open the Vonore office? Annette: I wanted to open a professional, yet local, family-owned, real estate brokerage in Vonore because of the lack of a nationally recognized company in that area. Exit Realty is the fastest-growing brokerage in the United States and offers training for new agents. The better trained the agent, the greater asset the agent can be to both buyers and sellers. I was able to buy the Exit Realty franchise rights for the Monroe County territory. I felt it was important to be a part of a national franchise due to the advertising and reach it brings to sellers, as buyers don’t just come locally, but from across the country and beyond, with some even coming from Europe. Exit Realty also offers advanced technology such as smart signs. Buyers who see a property can text a code posted right on the sign and get instant information on the property. They don’t even have to wait for an agent to return their call. And thanks to Exit’s defined marketing plans, they can be tailored to each home’s unique Continued on page 2A ...

characteristics. We’re able to offer professional services such as staging, design, photography, drone photography, YouTube videos, sites, and more! But you know, the thing that I love the most about Exit Realty is that they don’t just care about technology and making sales, but they also really care about people and the community. Exit Realty gives back to the community with each transaction fee received. Through the Spirit of EXIT Dollar-for-Dollar Matching Program, Exit Realty offices and associates raise money for all sorts of local, approved, and registered charities. To date, Exit Realty Corp International has pledged more than $6,800,000 to charity, and sponsored 19 Habitat for Humanity home builds in the U.S. and Canada. The company’s Focus on Good Health initiative demonstrates their concern about realtors and their associates as individuals. They recognize that a person’s emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being are keys to their overall quality of life. MV: Tell us about the opening of your Vonore office. Annette: My husband and I bought our franchise in November 2019, and secured our business name in March 2020, just as the pandemic arrived. Instead of opening the office right away, we had to wait for what felt like an eternity due to the Tennessee Real Estate Commission being shut down. I officially got my business registered through the commission in November 2020, and I opened the door to the Exit Realty Premier office in January of 2021. Unfortunately, we were dealt another setback on February 21st, when my husband’s mother and father were in a major accident. A car hit them doing 102 mph on Hwy 411 right

after leaving my office heading to the thrift store in the Derby Downs shopping center. My husband and I were able to nurse them back to health, and they are doing wonderfully today! One of the things I am most proud of is that we were able to endure not only that setback, but also the next one: my husband losing his job of 30 years in October 2020, again, thanks to the pandemic. Despite all this, I had a record year of sales in 2021, so I’m here to stay! Our Vonore office may not be the fanciest one in the county, but as we grow, we create worth, and we are worth more to the residents of this wonderful area. As a business owner, I don’t believe in overextending myself financially. I most certainly don’t expect that my clients would want to overextend themselves either. A home is one of the largest purchases you’ll ever make in your life, which is why both buyer and sellers trust my experience in making these lifelong decisions! MV: How would you describe your marketing philosophy? Annette: Tennessee is a very desirable state for many reasons. We have so many people from other states wanting to own an investment property, moving here to Tennessee immediately, or hoping to pursue a combination of the two. Marketing needs to be diverse because we have both mountains and lakes to promote. It’s important to know why people want to move here to know which aspects will match what they’re looking for. Having lived on Tellico Lake for 18 years and owned investment properties, I have personal, firsthand experience with both primary residency and investments. For instance, I have gone through the entire process of

purchasing a lakefront lot and building on it. I am familiar with the cost that goes into it, including details like getting a dock permit, which is essential for kickstarting the dock building process. I understand the value of the cost and labor wrapped up in properties with pre-existing lake views and dock access. MV: What are your future plans for your Exit Realty Premier office? Annette: We are definitely looking to bring on additional licensed agents that will take care of our community. I believe in hiring those with compassion, honesty, and ethics. If you have those qualities, you will be an asset to buyers and sellers! MV: Anything else you would like to add? Annette: I absolutely love what I do! I have met some of the most amazing people, who have become my friends while I worked in the real estate business. So come to the Exit Realty Premier office in Vonore and meet Annette for yourself or call at 423-884-2255 to get the personal - and experienced - help you need to buy or sell your home and smoothly transition through this important step in your life! American Legion and CASA Monroe Discuss Common Community Interests

A

lisa Hobbs and Alyssa Rutkiewicz were recent guest speakers attending the American Legion Post 256 General Meeting to enlighten members of CASA Monroe’s responsibilities. Ms Hobbs began by explaining that “CASA” is an acronym for Court Appointed Special Advocates. CASA organizations, train and supervise community volunteers who serve as advocates for children in court. The volunteers spend their time with the children, families, teachers, therapists, and medical professionals to collect information that helps the court judge make the best decisions for a safe, caring, and permanent home for each child. Alisa Hobbs provided the history of CASA dating back to its inception in 1977 when the idea was conceived of citizen volunteers who could speak up for the best interests of abused and neglected children in the courtroom. Then Alyssa Rutkiewicz added details of CASA Monroe in our community and its important service to the families in Monroe County, noting that in 2021, sixty-five CASA Monroe Volunteer Advocates served 207 abused and neglected children while donating 24,840 hours of total service. A member of Post 256, John Porter, is a CASA volunteer advocate. He spoke about his experience working with teenage boys. For more information about CASA Monroe visit their website: CASAMonroe. org and to find out more about The American Legion visit: TellicoLakePost256.org.

American Legion Post 256 Commander, Steve Buelow gives certificates of appreciation to Alisa Hobbs and Alyssa Rutkiewicz. They are the Executive Director and Development Director of the Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA Monroe).

May Highlights From the Publisher

hen May is mentioned, it brings to mind spring flowers, weddings, graduations and of course, Mother’s Day. Moms are celebrated for all that they do for their families and the influence they have in shaping their children’s lives.

I was brought up in the 60’s when it was not common for women to work outside the home. My mom raised 4 children, my three older brothers and myself. We didn’t have a lot of money; but we were comfortable, and mom always made sure we were well-fed. Looking back, I know Mom sacrificed a lot for us; taking care of the 4 of us was a full-time job! Mom went back to college when I was a teenager, and earned an Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education and then worked for the next 2 decades in preschools taking care of other people’s precious little ones. I admire my mother for the work ethic she inspired and the care she has for others. Mom has lived with us for the past few years, even making the move with us from California to Tennessee. And she’s still taking care of us, preparing meals and praying for all of us daily.

All moms sacrifice in some way for their children. I’ve come to know many of our advertisers that are moms and see how they balance owning and operating a business with family responsibilities. So let your mom know how much she is appreciated by pampering her on her special day. Everyone at East Tennessee’s Mountain Views wishes all moms a very Happy Mother’s Day!

Plan Today to Save Taxes Tomorrow By Yvonne Marsh, CFP®, CPA

A

re you ready for a surprise? You could be in a higher tax bracket when you retire and reach age 72, than when you were working at age 60. On the face of it, it seems counterintuitive, since surely you would have less income in retirement. But for retirees who have built a nice nest egg in their tax-deferred retirement plans, the Required Minimum Distribution (RMD) dictated by the IRS at age 72 can create enough taxable income to push them into a higher tax bracket - and create a Medicare premium surcharge to boot. Tax planning can save the day! The window of time between retirement and age 72 is a golden opportunity to convert a portion of your taxable retirement accounts into tax-free Roth IRA’s. Your taxable income may drop significantly in the year after you retire, especially if you defer

Social Security and delay withdrawals from your taxable retirement accounts and use non-retirement investments for income instead. Structured correctly, this could be the lowest-tax-bracket time of your life, and a perfect opportunity to convert “always taxed” IRA’s to “never taxed” Roth IRA’s. Since Roth’s are not subject to RMD withdrawal requirements, you have total control over leaving the account to grow as a legacy asset or taking tax-free withdrawals down the road. (And those withdrawals are not counted in the Medicare premium surcharge calculation either). Need another reason for Roth conversions? Under the SECURE Act, your heirs now have to recognize the taxable IRA inheritance as income within a 10-year time frame. No more stretching it out over their lifetime. Envision them layering that income on top of their current tax return, and to think that over a third of your IRA could go to the IRS is not far-fetched. How nice it would be for them to inherit an income-tax-free Roth IRA instead.

A course of Halotherapy is recommended to achieve lasting results for airway cleansing, congestion relief, skin refreshment, and inflammation reduction - not to mention stress relief!

Halotherapy comes from the Greek word Halos, meaning Salt. In this therapy, salt is fed through a halogenerator to heat, crush, and grind it into fine particles. Those particles are then dispersed using a dry spray aerosol to be inhaled by the nose and mouth - expelling pollutants and opening breathing passages - or absorbed topically to penetrate skin conditions. This therapy kills bacteria, reduces inflammation, and expands airways to benefit those struggling with: • Breathing issues from allergies, asthma, emphysema, bronchitis, sinus infections, cough, and sinusitis. • Skin conditions including dermatitis, psoriasis, acne, and eczema. • And chronic ailments like ear infections, cystic fibrosis, rhinitis, and ENT issues.

believeRX & believeRXtra – Equipping You to “Live Your Best Life”

L

ocal pharmacist and entrepreneur, Ellen Phillips, along with her colleague, pharmacist Monty Roark, operate a unique, client-centered concept in pharmaceutical care: believeRX, located at 9627 Countryside Center Lane near the intersection of Middlebrook Pike and Bob Kirby Road in Knoxville. Ellen, Monty, and their compassionate, caring team of highly trained pharmaceutical associates have a mission to provide traditional pharmacy services combined with a holistic approach to health and well-being. believeRX recognizes that your local pharmacy can and should play an important role in your family’s total healthcare and wellness in partnership with your other healthcare providers. believeRX combines the personal and caring touch of the now almost non-existent neighborhood pharmacy with today’s rapidly evolving healthcare industry. Ellen and her team have created a holistic and interactive approach to your pharmaceutical experience designed to equip you to “Live Your Best Life.” believeRX is a full-service traditional pharmacy where you can get all of your medications and supplements, as well as receive a personal approach to your health. We believe there is more than one way to prevent or treat disease and we offer alternative therapies such as Halotherapy (dry salt therapy for breathing conditions, skin and mental well-being), infrared heat sauna sessions, peptides, and a large selection of high-quality supplements such as Terry Naturally products, and many more. believeRX is very different from the “national chain” pharmacy you are used to. Believing it’s time to focus on patients, not just their prescribed medications, staff members even receive additional training to become Certified Health Coaches. Ellen and her team strive to provide a custom-tailored experience for each customer/patient by treating them as a whole individual and not just their specific

ailments or prescription medications. Their name says it all, “We Believe in You” and your goal for better health, well-being, and longevity. In addition, to believeRX, Ellen and her team of health-conscious professionals have created believeRXtra in the same location, offering fresh, healthy great tasting fresh juices, smoothies, and bowls, made with real ingredients and without any added sugar. They are sweetened with only natural sweeteners such as local honey or agave - and they taste fantastic! Medical grade protein, Blender Bombs, YourSuper, CBD Oil, MCT oil, collagen, and many other options to help promote weight loss round out the offerings to help equip you to maintain good health, and break sugar addiction! Choose from a wide variety of smoothie flavors such as: Chocolate Thunder, Mango Margarita, Strawberry Lemonade Smoothie, Acai Blueberries, Guava Berry, or Matcha Green Tea, just to name a few. If a fresh juice is more to your craving, try Anti-inflammatory Juice, Immune Booster, Summertime Mojito, Creamsicle, Tropical Carrot or one of the many other symptom fighting or just plain healthy, but always delicious, recipes. Smoothie bowls are a great option for those interested in more “crunch.” From Dragon Fruit Bowls or Chocolate Teddy Graham Bowls to Guava Protein Bowls or Acai Banana Berry Bowls, (or one of the numerous other choices) believeRXtra is sure to have a menu item you’ll love. Remember the old-fashioned pharmacies of the 60’s? Like believeRX, they also featured personal, caring service and after-hours home delivery, when needed. Some even had ice cream and soda fountains. Also, like believeRX, they were very different from many assembly-line medical pharmacies of today. Those pharamicists knew their customers and treated them as individuals and friends. Going into a large, chain pharmacy, many feel treated like

only a number. Lately, some of them are so bureaucratic and disorganized that it would be a step-up for them to treat people like a number! It is refreshing and encouraging that believeRX still believes in personal, caring, and holistic customer service. believeRX even has a modern/healthy version of the old-fashioned soda fountain: believeRXtra Fresh Juices and Smoothies! hoosing Keener Homes to build our retirement dream home in Tellico Village was a great decision. We interviewed numerous builders in the area and decided to go with Kit Keener as we toured some of their new builds and completed homes. We were very impressed with the attention to details and quality of workmanship. Kit was a pleasure to work with and answered all of our questions and took our design changes in stride. Derek Miller, the project manager, was awesome to deal with. He was right on top of things, returned phone calls promptly and made great suggestions. He went above and beyond. Krisha, the office manager, communicated with us on a weekly basis so we knew what was going on with suppliers and invoicing. She was so easy to talk to, is detail oriented and caring. Don and I would highly recommend Kit and his team. We are thrilled with our new home.

Kairos Prison Ministry

n last month’s Mountain Views, there was an article written about how this ministry changed the life of Donna P. and how Shepherd of the Lake Lutheran Church (So+L) had made a difference in her life after two decades of incarceration. Donna’s honesty and willingness to share her story was a gift to many. I have the opportunity to be a volunteer for Kairos Prison Ministry and also Office Manager for Shepherd of the Lake Lutheran Church. It is easy for me to witness for So+L like Donna has, sharing how this church family is loving and caring for others both inside and outside these walls as we follow our mission, “A Christian community sharing God’s love with the world”. Kairos Prison Ministry International is a non-profit 501 (c) (3) located in DeBary, Florida. Kairos is one ministry with three programs: Kairos Inside is for incarcerated men and women; Kairos Outside is for women impacted by incarceration; and Kairos Torch is for incarcerated youth. To learn more about Kairos Prison Ministry visit www. kairosprisonministry.org. Many of you will already know about this organization through their “cookie ministry”. Twenty-five women (lay and clergy) will be going into Bledsoe Correctional Complex Women, June 2-5, 2022, and we have already baked 600 dozen cookies to take inside to the women. We are looking to our family, friends, and members of the community to help us bake another 600 dozen that will be given to men that are also at Bledsoe Correctional Complex. So, if you would like to get involved in baking chocolate chip cookies (no nuts), I would love to share the information. We also have meal tickets that are placed before each resident on the weekend to demonstrate their meal has been paid for through your $5 or $10 donation to this ministry. You can take a 30-minute time slot and pray for these women. These are all a means of our “agape” love. The men and women come to these inside weekends for the food, and will many times leave with Jesus Christ as their Savior. They also have a new family. We are not just a mountain top weekend encounter; we return each month to fellowship with them through the WORD, joyful music and Listen, Listen, Love, Love. If you have a loved one that is incarcerated and you are a female, you are invited to attend a Kairos Outside weekend. The weekend is free, you will be served good food, a lot of singing, listening to talks given by lay and clergy volunteers, and fellowship with other women who are experiencing or have experienced having a loved one incarcerated. When you leave the weekend, you will have a family of friends that will love you unconditionally and many heavy burdens will be lifted. Kairos Prison Ministry is in 9 countries and 37 States. We are changing hearts, transforming lives, and impacting the world. We are always looking for volunteers to join us to serve on a weekend and be involved with continuing ministry. Suze Orman Explains the Value of Long-Term Care Insurance

M

y mama lived to be 97 years old. I was blessed to have the means to make sure she had the best care. But I am so very aware that the $20,000 or more a month I spent for her assisted living and special aides during the last seven years of her life is a huge sum of money that most households could not cover.

What was so sad is that when my mom was still eligible to get long-term care (LTC) insurance, I tried every single year to get her to sign up for a policy. I told her, “Mom, I will pay for it. Please just let me do it.” And she’d say, “Suze, I don’t want you to waste your money. I am never going to need it.” She wouldn’t sign the application forms. Over $2 million later, I can only wish she had listened to me. I am grateful I could keep my mom living a great life until her very last day. But this is not just about me and my mom. It’s about each of you. Earlier in my career, when I was working as a financial adviser, I watched so many couples struggle with the massive expenses of later-life care. People who had saved so diligently saw their retirement accounts swallowed up when one spouse needed care, either at home or in a nursing home. That often left the eventual surviving spouse in a precarious financial situation. The median monthly cost for a home health aide is over $4,000. A nursing home can cost $8,000 a month, if not more. And that’s just in today’s dollars. The cost will be higher in the years ahead. As with any type of insurance, you buy LTC coverage with the expectation that you’ll never use it. But if you do use it, the nursing home costs covered by the policy over one year will be greater than the sum of all the premiums you ever paid. Do yourself a favor—check out LTC insurance. T

his season there are tons of ways to wear pretty florals without looking like you are wearing your grandmother’s sofa! Whether you choose to wear the new patterns of floral on the top or the bottom, the large scale patterns are a modern take on the sweet, romantic look of flowers. Used mainly on the top, soft florals are romantic and floating... printed on the soft, flowy fabrics to emphasize the airy appeal of their softness. Floral bottoms will be on a more substantial fabric, lending themselves to a bolder, brighter floral to pair back with all of the beautiful shades of solid tops available for this season... orchids, pinks, and all shades of blue make these floral prints pop! Spring 2022... a wonderful season all around us, and complementing it perfectly will be your spring wardrobe of all the beautiful blossom prints!

SECTION B

May in the Garden www.etmv.com

Volume 22, No. 5

I

don’t think I’ve ever seen a more erratic spring than the one we’ve had. Those ups and downs made it hard on some of our plants and on us! Let’s cross our fingers that the craziness is past. May is one of a gardener’s busiest months, so let’s get started on your to-do list: » It’s critical that you do a good checkup on your yard this month. You need to know how much damage was done by the cold. Tender plants and plants with new growth took quite a hit, so you may need to do some careful pruning. Please remember that they’re not dead if the branches are flexible! If you need guidance, give us a call. » Remember to look up. Check the trunk and canopies of your trees. Do you see sparse areas, dead or dying branches, woodpecker holes, or mushrooms? Is there sawdust anywhere at the base? Are there holes that seem to be too small for woodpeckers (toothpick size)? Do you have oozing areas? All these are signs that your tree could be struggling. If so, you need an arborist, which is basically a tree doctor. Call us for recommendations. » Look down. Do you have signs of moles or voles? They can be chased off with a repellant. If something is digging, it is likely possums, squirrels, or skunks looking for grubs. You can apply a grub killer. Do you have brown patches or dead areas in your lawn? Come in and talk to Steve the lawn guy. He is here every Saturday morning!

» Look all around. Check for signs of disease and insects on your plants. So far we’re seeing a lot of fungal infections, azaleas with lace bugs, crepe myrtles with bark scale (another reason to NOT commit crepe murder, as it makes them more susceptible), and laurels with phytophthora root rot. It’s easier to treat an outbreak before it becomes an infestation! » If you’re planting this year, try to get larger trees and shrubs in by the end of June so they can establish root systems before they start battling the heat. It will also behoove you to not postpone planting this year, as we are encountering even more plant shortages. » Smaller shrubs and ornamentals can be planted throughout the spring and summer but may require a little more attention to help them get established. They are trying to put down roots and grow

Mother's Day

May 2022

at the same time. Don’t overcrowd them, and give them a gentle boost with an organic fertilizer regularly. » Let’s talk about water, because over or under-watering is the number one plant killer. Remember that sprinkler systems are great for grass and flowers, but they are often inadequate for trees and shrubs. You need to get 1” of water to the roots of larger plants every week. If it gets dry, I drag the hose out to my trees/large shrubs and turn it on just a trickle. I let it run for 20 minutes or so, then move it to the next plant. I strongly suggest you set a timer, as I have turned my yard into a bog a couple of times by leaving the hose going overnight! It’s important to water deeply and less frequently to encourage plants to develop deep roots instead of shallow roots. It’s also best to water in the morning. Water at soil level instead of overhead. Watering the foliage encourages fungal growth. » Did you mulch this spring? If not, apply a fresh layer or top-dressing or at least go out and rake old mulch to “fluff” it, because it becomes very compacted during the winter. Mulch adds a neat look and keeps soil temperature and moisture levels stable. It also breaks down and adds nutrients to

the soil. » You can prune spring bloomers once the blooms have faded. Please do some research or give us a call if you need help. Remember that you are doing plant surgery, so don’t go out and start whacking! » Wait until the foliage has died down before cutting back spring bulbs. They are storing energy for next year’s blooms. A little BulbTone will give them a boost. » Some of your perennials may need a little assistance as they emerge. Tall plants may need to be staked or caged, and it’s easier to do that while the plants are small. You can also pinch plants back to encourage them to be shorter and bushier. » Be a friend to the birds and they will be a friend to you! Keep feeders and baths full and clean. Birds will remove lots of pesky insects, so attract them to your yard with plants, houses, feeders, and water sources. We are getting several trucks in every week, so stop by often to see what’s new. Heritage Family Dentistry

“I Feel Just Like Family”

“I

first learned about Heritage Family Dentistry when I was a patient of Dr. Bradshaw at the University of Tennessee,” said Heidi Hodges.

“I had stopped going to the dentist because of several past negative experiences. “I chipped a tooth when I was pregnant with my fourth

child. I knew Dr. Bradshaw from my church, so I called him and he quickly took care of my chipped tooth. I was so happy with how he cared for me that I decided to follow him to his practice. “I was very apprehensive at first, but Dr. Bradshaw and his team fully explained treatment and procedure to me in detail. They have been very understanding of my fears. I now visit Heritage Family Dentistry every six months, and they feel just like family. “All of the people that work at Heritage Family Dental are wonderful. I have had cleanings, a filling, a crown, and currently have Invisalign.” Invisalign is the latest and most advanced treatment for straightening teeth without metal braces. The clear aligners are almost undetectable by others, and some patients see visible results in as little as six months. “I would highly recommend Heritage Family Dentistry to everyone,” said Heidi. “My experiences have been great, and I am so thankful to have a dentist to go to where I am not fearful.” To learn more about Heritage Family Dentistry or to schedule a tour and no-obligation consultation, contact them at 865-816-9211 today.

By Darla Zorn – Owner/Founder – Express Blinds

t’s easier said than done to select the perfect window furnishing for your living space. Not only are you completing the look of the room, but you’re framing the world outside. Take into account the budget you have to work with, as well as all the options you have to choose from, and you may well be tempted to throw up your hands and circle back to the conundrum later. But here at Express Blinds, Shutters, Shades, & Drapes, we’re here to present the perfect solution: our sheer fabric window shadings! While regular blinds can provide decent light-filtering, our fabric window shadings retain all the upsides of blinds, without sacrificing the beautiful view you’ve been working to frame in the first place. Lower them into place and still enjoy the outside by day, while keeping it from looking in by night, all without the distracting presence of pesky lift cords. Raise them, and the shades fold out of sight into the headrail, providing a clean line up top, and an otherwise completely clear window to look out by. With a single snap, transform the lighting of your room from an overpowering glare to a pleasant glow, thanks to our window shadings’ adjustable soft fabric vanes and double-layered sheer panels. The effect ensures soft, filtered light for your space. Not only that, but our selection of performance fabrics includes options designed to filter out 88% of the sun’s harmful rays, guarding your indoor furniture from harmful UV damage. Control your indoor temperature too, as maximizing UV blocking helps moderate internal jumps and drops between heat and cold. In the long run this not just protects the comfort of your space, but also helps to minimize your energy bill as well. Still not sure our window shadings are for you? Don’t worry, we can even install them in large windows up to 120” wide, as well as over doors, and our minimalistic, cord-free design is good up to 84” wide, adding that extra layer of security for when children come running to check out the view. Convinced now that window shadings fit your window covering needs? Reach out to us for a free consultation! No need to drag your feet; call us at 865-730-4880. Our team of designers and installers will work closely with you to get your window shadings fitted and installed, allowing you to effectively shade your space, and save your view! Break Down

t will be abundantly clear that this month’s column is not written by a young and aspiring hair stylist, but rather by someone more, seasoned. It is, however, something that every stylist deals with sooner or later. Our profession is one that may not seem physically demanding at first glance, but let me assure you Brian K. Whitehead that over time, it can be very punManaging Partner ishing. The Village Salon We all have pros and cons that come with what we decide to do for a living, and everyone is always dealing with something. If your stylist has been practicing for a number of years, they may be dealing with a few Break Downs. Standing can be hard on the feet, knees, hips and back. Using a blow-dryer can be particularly hard on the wrist and shoulder, and the repetitions of opening and closing the blade of scissors can ruin a thumb. Ten years ago, these thoughts never even crossed my mind, but now (at age 58) they are all a very harsh reality. One thing that usually comes with a mature stylist experiencing physical challenges with their job is a reduction in their weekly volume. In most cases, it is not a matter of wanting to reduce volume, which reduces revenue, but more out of a physical necessity. Father Time has proven to be a very worthy adversary and remains undefeated at the time this column heads to print, but let’s all raise a glass to outrunning him for as long as possible.

Protecting Your Hearing – Preserve Your Balance

4B • East Tennessee’s Mountain Views, May, 2022

A

By Connie Ferraro – Tellico Hearing Solutions

s we and our family members age, slips and falls become more and more likely to land us in the hospital with broken or fractured bones. Not only that, but the likelihood of them occurring increases. What we might not know is one of the glaring signs a trip or fall may be on the way is when our hearing begins to decline. After all, our balance is tied to the wellbeing of our inner ear, and any damage it sustains is not only affecting our hearing, but the delicate mechanisms that track our bodies’ movement and spatial awareness. According to a study out by John Hopkins, individuals aged 40-69 who had a mild hearing loss were three times as likely to report falling in the past year, and that risk only increased as their hearing grew poorer. To be even more precise, for every additional 10 decibels of hearing loss you or your loved one may experience, the risk of falls increases 140%. That’s a safety hazard. While these are alarming numbers, it’s not all bad news. Just as the onset of poor hearing can signal your balance is compromised, so too improving hearing actively works

to ameliorate balance disorders. This is where we enter the picture. Tellico Hearing Solutions was started so you could discover if a hearing device might help you, your spouse, or your family member recover lost hearing, and with it, your spatial awareness and balance. Robert, our Certified Hearing Instrument Specialist, embarked first as a hearing instrument wearer, and so is intimately familiar with the difficulties that accompany hearing and balance loss. We use the latest technology to perform an exhaustive testing of your current hearing and, if appropriate for your situation, we will equip you with the optimal hearing aid for your budget and your needs. Not only that, but we can provide assistive listening devices for use with your tv, phone, or audio equipment to help make your day-to-day activities easier and more enjoyable. t’s time to move your family’s events back outdoors, and the professionals at Undercover Systems can provide you with the unlimited out-of-door options that your family can enjoy all year-round. Spring is the perfect time to install Undercover Systems’ totally unique underdecking ceiling system under your home’s existing raised decks. This totally proprietary and patented underdeck system will ensure that this year’s events will be protected from unexpected and unwanted rain, the searing summertime sun, and wintertime sleet and snow. “Spring is a great time to weatherproof all of your future out-of-door events,” said Jim Conn, owner of Undercover Systems. “Throughout the entire process, our skilled craftsmen work with you each step of the way, from consultation to project completion, until you are completely satisfied. And because each underdeck system we install is custom made by Undercover Systems specifically for your home, you can be assured of many years of reliable, trouble-free family enjoyment. Most competitive systems use generic, off the shelf components found at the big home improvement box stores. This promotes greater deck air circulation and deck longevity.” You’ll also appreciate Undercover Systems’ attention to detail, which comes from years of experience, as they help you craft a seamless transition from your home’s interior to your new out-of-door living spaces, which will perfectly complement your existing architecture and landscaping plan. Remember the Fallen

Memorial Day, Monday, May 30, 2022 by

W

hat does Memorial Day mean to you? Is it a long awaited 3-day weekend? Is it time for an out-of-town trip or a time reserved for parties and picnics? When trying to find Memorial Day remembrance ceremonies in my area, I could only find concerts and barbeques. I wonder if our children truly understand what Memorial Day is all about. Here are the facts according to https://www.govinfo.gov/features/memorial-day : Memorial Day commemorates all the women and men who have died while in military service and will be observed this year on May 30, 2022, the last Monday in May as designated by Federal law (36 U.S.C. 116). Begun in the late 1860’s as Decoration Day, spring flowers were distributed at graves to honor those fallen in the Civil War. By the end of the 19th century, ceremonies were being held in cities across the country. In 1966, the Federal Government declared Waterloo, New York, the official birthplace of Memorial Day. (Source: Department of Veterans Affairs ) Public Law 106-579, signed into law December 28, 2000, designated 3:00 p.m. (local time) on Memorial Day each year as the ‘‘National Moment of Remembrance” and created the White House Commission on the National Moment of Remembrance.

Kathy Rose

According to the American Heritage Dictionary, “Memorial” is defined as: mə-môr’ē-əl noun 1. Something, such as a monument or holiday, intended to celebrate or honor the memory of a person or an event. 2. That which preserves the memory of something; anything designed or adapted to serve as a reminder of a person, an event, or a fact or facts of any kind belonging to past time, as a record, a monument, an inscription, a custom, a periodical observance, etc. 3. A written statement of facts or a petition presented to a legislative body or an executive. Great facts; but what does it mean to you? Will you remember - and honor - the sacrifices so many of our soldiers made for our country? While Memorial Day is designed to remember those who lost their lives during battle, all of our veterans have sacrificed. Some experienced the direct loss of a battle buddy standing or sitting right next to them. They too have left something of themselves on the battlefield. So many have paid the ultimate price for our freedom. Yes, OUR freedom. Some continue to pay carrying those memories. I’ve heard people say that those we’ve lost would want us to live our lives without survivor’s guilt. Being happy

and moving forward doesn’t mean we forget our brothers and sisters.1 We will never forget, and we should take time to remember and be thankful for the lives we get to live and the freedoms we enjoy but so often take for granted. Take your kids and your grandkids to a Veteran Memorial and read the names engraved upon it. These are not just made-up names. Each one represents a real person, a father/mother, a brother/sister, an uncle/aunt, a son/daughter, or a grandfather/grandmother who never got the chance to take any more vacations or attend any more barbeques. Make sure future generations never forget and never take our freedom for granted.1 So, on this Memorial Day, while we’re fellowshipping with friends and putting mustard on our hotdogs, I hope each one of us takes a moment away to be grateful for why we have our freedom, and with dignity and respect, remember the fallen. innias are a longtime favorite of home gardeners. They come in a wide variety of colors and flower forms ranging from single, to fully double, cactus flowered, and even crested. They are easy to grow from seed, relish full sun, are loved by pollinators and have a long vase life for cut stems. They also are tough and drought tolerant, requiring little to no additional watering once established. What more could a gardener ask for than a flower that has attributes like these? How about disease resistance? The typical garden zinnia, Zinnia elegans, falls short in one category, disease resistance. It is susceptible to a wide range of foliar diseases including powdery mildew, cercospora leaf spot, alternaria leaf spot and bacterial leaf spot. Some Z. elegans cultivars claim resistance to these diseases, yet none can compare to the clean foliage offered by the hybrid Profusion and Zahara series. These series are hybrids of Z. elegans x Z. angustifolia, which incorporate desirable attributes from each parent. Z. angustifolia, commonly known as the narrow leaf zinnia, has natural resistance to foliar disease and passes that trait along, while Z. elegans provides an array of flower color and larger blooms up to 2.5 inches in diameter. There are some tradeoffs, however. The hybrids have a compact growth habit of only 1 to 1.5 inches height similar to that of Z. angustifolia. This change in stature shifts its use in the garden from that of a striking mid-border cut flower to a non-stop flowering front-border plant. Profusion and Zahara have been recognized through the years for their endurance and performance in the landscape as All-America Selection (AAS) winners. In the early 2000s ‘Profusion Orange’, ‘Cherry’ and ‘White’ each received AAS recognition. In 2010, ‘Zahra Starlight Rose,’ ‘Double Zahara Fire,’ and ‘Double Zahara Cherry’ were recognized, followed by ‘Profusion Double Deep Salmon’ and ‘Profusion Double Hot Cherry’ in 2013. Most recently, ‘Profusion Red’, and ‘Profusion Red Yellow Bicolor’ received AAS winner award status. This broad color range allows makes for a very versatile plant in the landscape and containers. Zinnia in general do not look particularly attractive to shoppers in cell packs or small containers, and for this reason may be difficult to find at local garden centers. However, they are very easy to start from seed and can even be direct seeded outdoors once soil temperatures rise and all threat of frost has passed. The University of Tennessee Gardens, Jackson, grew ‘Profusion Red Yellow Bicolor’ in 2021, and it was phenomenal all the way until frost. The older blooms faded to shades of orange and pink while the new growth simultaneously produced new flushes of vibrant yellow-red blooms. All three UT Garden locations grow at least one example of these outstanding Profusion and Zahara zinnias during the summer months. Through its land-grant mission of research, teaching and extension, the University of Tennessee Institute of Agriculture touches lives and provides Real. Life. Solutions. utia. tennessee.edu. Learn from your return with these tax takeaways

T

he dust has finally cleared. Your tax return is signed and sent, and Uncle Sam has been paid (or has paid you). So now you can forget about taxes until next year, right? Well … not quite yet. It’s a good idea to do a quick review each year of how the tax process went for you to see if there’s any wisdom you can tuck into your tax file for the next year. Here are five takeaways that could make next year’s tax time run much smoother—and possibly be even more financially rewarding. Tax takeaway 1: Pay estimated taxes during the year If you usually owe money to the government at tax time (and ouch, a large tax payment can be tough to come up with by April 15), consider paying your estimated federal taxes once per quarter, for a total of four payments. You can pay your entire tax bill, or just the portion that your paycheck withholding doesn’t cover. Either way, it will help avoid a nasty surprise come tax time. Tax takeaway 2: Check your withholding When taxes aren’t paid by April 15, you could owe the government penalties and interest. When you get a refund check, you’re giving the government an interest-free loan that could increase your paycheck instead. Why not aim for the sweet spot of neither owing nor receiving by adjusting the amount of tax withheld from your pay? Your tax professional can help you determine the right filing status and withholding amount for your situation. Then,

you can work with your employer’s human resources department to file a new W-4 form that will adjust your perpay withholding. Tax takeaway 3: Seize your retirement savings opportunities Whether you work for an employer or are self-employed, don’t let April 15 pass without adding to an IRA or your company’s retirement plan. You’ll get a deduction for IRA contributions (or an income exclusion for 401(k) contributions). And bonus, you’ll get a tax credit for making the contributions. If you haven’t done this yet, check with your tax advisor to make sure you have all the details. Tax takeaway 4: Consider a Health Savings Account (HSA) Healthcare costs are skyrocketing—and it doesn’t help that a) so many healthcare plans today have a high deductible; and b) most people never qualify for the medical deduction at tax time. If you have a high-deductible health insurance plan, it may pay to look into an HSA. The money accumulates tax-free, and you’re allowed to take tax-free withdrawals for qualified medical expenses. Check with your employer, or with a bank or brokerage in your community, to see if they offer HSAs. Tax takeaway 5: Keep your tax records up to date all year long As you go through the coming tax year, make sure you have the records for anything tax related: receipts, cancelled checks, donation acknowledgements, credit card

statements, etc. It’s especially important in the following categories: • Charitable contributions • Real estate and personal property sales • Solar/energy-efficient home upgrades • Securities transactions • Cryptocurrencies A minute here to set up a folder and a minute there to file receipts will help you avoid the tax-time scramble. Tax takeaway 6: File and pay your taxes electronically The IRS’ backlog of tax returns only worsened when the clock struck midnight on April 18th. Pre-pandemic, the IRS could process an electronic return in two weeks or less and a paper filed return in six weeks. A paper filed return will now take six to nine months to process. Summing it all up If tax time was stressful this year, take some time now to look over this year’s tax return with an eye toward improving your situation next year. You might even want to consider working with a tax professional who can not only help you with your taxes but also minimize your tax obligations and set you on the road toward a more secure financial future. to get on the water more and more all thanks to the quality boating experience our Touchless Boat Cover System provides. It’s an investment you won’t regret, with immediate results you can’t ignore. Even better, you can choose from a variety of maintenance packages, from Basic, where Lifetime Docks LLC will lubricate the system’s 20 to 25 pulleys, and adjust components, all the way up to Lifetime, which offers an even greater variety of helpful maintenance packages to adjust to your exact situation.

Don’t wait now! It’s time to wake up, get up, and get out on the water. It’s time to invest in your Touchless Boat Cover System, cutting out all the wasted time spent fighting with covers manually. And it’s time to call us at Lifetime Docks, LLC to reserve your system before the crowd truly descends.

By Patrick Boring

ou’ve probably noticed the weather outside is gorgeous. The air is getting warmer, and so is the water. Boating season isn’t just around the corner. It’s here. And there’s nothing quite like it. You can already feel the wind in your hair and picture the cool spray of the water as it flashes and glimmers in the sunshine, not to mention the gentle back and forth rocking in the lake’s embrace. It’s not a question of if you’ll take your boat out on the water, but when. More than that, when you take your boat out, will it be only after spending precious minutes detailing said boat, removing its cover by hand, cleaning up the spider and bird leavings that have accumulated over the months, all while knowing you’ll have to wrestle said cover back on later? Or will you cut out all that unnecessary to-do completely, spending your precious time as intended – out on the lake? Taking your boat out really can be that easy— that is if you have a Touchless Boat Cover System from Lifetime Docks, LLC. Here’s the concept: invest in a garage for your boat that protects your craft like your home garage protects your car. Be prepared to cover and uncover your boat in 30 seconds without laying a finger on it, all at the touch of a button. Be prepared to get the full value out of your boating experience— to not be weighed down into staying home because the struggle just to launch your boat isn’t worth the effort. Be prepared to slather on that high SPF sunscreen – you’ll need it as you find yourself wanting

The festival features elaborate floral installations that emerge throughout the park to translate nature into living art, each coming together to create a breathtaking displays. Guests can appreciate the vibrant beauty of more than a million blooms, explore the fresh flavors of spring with an immersive tasting pass, and delight in unique entertainment offerings. “Spring has always been so wonderful to me, because the flowers start growing, the sun shines for a little longer, and the birds start singing a new song,” said Dolly Parton. “When I was little and the weather started warming up, all us kids would gather on the porch in the afternoon and enjoy lemonade that Mama brought out for us. That’s springtime to me - getting to make memories with my family and taking in the beautiful colors everywhere.” While admiring the vivid colors blooming throughout the park, guests can explore a menu crafted with inspiration from fresh spring flavors and Smoky Mountain flair. Returning for this year is the tasting pass, which allows guests to partake in multiple food items at different festival locations. This year’s festival menu features a Cuban sandwich with mojo sauce, Reuben spring roll, chicken and andouille skillet, beef bulgogi nachos, seafood mac and cheese, berry and honey fun-

nel cakes, and hand-decorated flower-themed cookies and cupcakes, among many other tasty spring dishes. A highlight of the festival this year is entertainment, including Dolly’s Butterfly Garden and the return of a former guest favorite to the park. Performers from Australia combine theatrical elements and acrobatics for a thrilling new show called “Bloom!” that takes place high above ground while performers are situated atop sway poles. Guests will not want to miss this elevated display. Dollywood’s streets are filled with music during the Flower & Food Festival. The Hall Sisters, an energetic quartet of country pop performers, will set the stage in Craftsman’s Valley. A returning favorite show, “A Brighter Day,” features five daily performances at the Back Porch Theater. All shows are included with park admission. A full schedule of live performances is available at Dollywood.com. Home Begins in Your Garage

G

one are the days when you had to settle for a drab, cement-gray garage floor. Today, your garage floor - as well as the entire garage - can be as beautiful as any other room in your home. Why consider anything beyond your standard-issue concrete garage floor? » Protect concrete from the harsh chemicals and liquids that leak out of your automobile. Even the water, salt, and snow your car drags in promote deterioration and cracking. » Cleaning is easier. Untreated concrete gives off dust, but a flooring system significantly reduces dirt and dust. It prevents materials -- from cars and your other garage-based activities (gardening, building, painting) -- from soaking into the porous concrete. » Fill and cover-up existing cracks for looks, safety, and protection. » Open up new activities in your garage. It could double as a children’s play area or workout space while the car is out. » Increase the resale value of your home. For a striking and durable garage floor coating that is easy to maintain, Knoxville’s PremierGarage can transform an oil-stained, pitted, and peeling epoxy-coated garage floor into a showroom quality look. PremierGarage, serving the Knoxville area for more than 15 years, combines its proprietary hybrid polymer flooring system technology with their extensive industry knowledge and experience to provide a high-quality finish that is chemi-

cal, stain, and slip resistant. The two-day process starts with technicians who diamond grind each floor to the ideal surface condition to achieve a permanent chemical bond that substantially outlives traditional epoxies. Curing two times harder than epoxy, the flooring provides a continuous, non-porous coating surface that naturally resists various liquids that may leak from your automobile’s engine. It’s like armor for your concrete floor. Not only will your garage look more ‘finished’, clean up requires only a hose or mop.

Available in hundreds of various chip and color combinations, you can customize your garage flooring to fit your home and style. PremierGarage’s flooring solutions are also suitable for commercial and light industrial applications. Call PremierGarage and discover the affordability of transforming your garage floor. Home really does begin in the garage! PremierGarage® 865-947-8686 www.TailoredLivingKnoxville.com

As the half-blood son of a Greek god, Percy Jackson has newly-discovered powers he can’t control, a destiny he doesn’t want, and a mythology textbook’s worth of monsters on his trail. When Zeus’s master lightning bolt is stolen and Percy becomes the prime suspect, he has to find and return the bolt to prove his innocence and prevent a war between the gods. But to succeed on his quest, Percy will have to do more than catch the thief. He must travel to the Underworld and back; solve the riddle of the Oracle, which warns him of betrayal by a friend; and come to terms with the father who abandoned him. Adapted from the best-selling book The Lightning Thief by Rick Riordan and featuring a thrilling original rock score, The Lightning Thief: The Percy Jackson Musical is an action-packed mythical adventure “worthy of the gods” (Time Out New York). The principle roles include demigods Percy Jackson – Son of Poseidon, Annabeth – Daughter of Athena, Luke – Son of Hermes and their adult counterparts Sally Jackson – Percy’s mother, Poseidon, Hades, and Aunty Em, aka Medusa. A variety of fun parts for the ensemble include minotaur, Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, Kurt Cobain, Janis Joplin, and Squirrel.

A closing event in October will be announced later in the year. The May 21st event and others taking place through October 2022 are being coordinated by Visit Knoxville, the City of Knoxville, Knox County, and several community partners that make up the 40th Anniversary Committee. The Sunsphere’s 4th Floor Observation deck will also be open, tickets can be purchased at thesunsphere.com. “We are thrilled to celebrate the 40th Anniversary of the 1982 World’s Fair,” said Kim Bumpas, President of Visit Knoxville. “This event really put Knoxville on the map as a destination, and we are passionate about continuing that legacy as a premier destination for visitors from around the world. We hope the community will join us for a big day of reminiscing 40 years ago and making new memories today in World’s Fair Park!” “I am so excited to walk back in time during our World’s Fair 40th Anniversary celebration,” said Mayor Indya Kincannon. “So many people have reached out to my office wanting to share their World’s Fair stories and memorabilia from the 80’s. This is a great opportunity for us all to come together and celebrate this history-making event and how it helped shape our city.” Simultaneously, the 16th Annual Children’s Festival of Reading will celebrate 1982 and the 40th anniversary of the World’s Fair in Knoxville with authors, illustrators, storytellers, arts & crafts, toddler town, and more at

the Festival Lawn in World’s Fair Park from 10am – 5pm. To learn more about this event, please visit www. knoxcountylibrary.org/childrens-festival-of-reading. The following evening on Sunday, May 22 at 7pm, the public is welcome to join the Knoxville Symphony Orchestra, led by Music Director Aram Demirjian, at the Tennessee Amphitheatre for an evening of “out of this world” music featuring works by John Williams, Aaron Copland, Beethoven and more. This concert is free and open to the public. No tickets are required. Visit knoxvillesymphony.com for more information. “You Should’ve Been There!” 40th Anniversary World’s Fair Exhibition The Museum of East Tennessee History has officially opened a new, one-of-a-kind exhibition, “You Should’ve Been There!,” in the Rogers-Claussen Feature Gallery, on display until October 9, 2022. In celebration of the 40th Anniversary of the 1982 World’s Fair, the exhibition’s theme is not only a nod to the international exposition’s marketing catchphrase, “You Have Got to Be There! The 1982 World’s Fair!,” but also an acknowledgement that four decades removed, there is a generation of East Tennesseans who were not alive to experience the historic event. Organized by the East Tennessee Historical Society and the Knox County Public Library, “You Should’ve Been There!” traces the fair’s development from conception to the pivotal moment when The Wall Street Journal referred to Knoxville as a “scruffy little city” and questioned its ability to host an international event. More than 11,000,000 visitors from around the world were informed and entertained in the various pavilions, exhibitions, and attractions put on by 22 countries and some 50 private organizations. Popular souvenirs were shirts and buttons

proclaiming, “The Scruffy Little City Did It!” The fair’s theme, “Energy Turns the World,” played to the region’s reputation as a technology and science center. For example, it was at the 1982 World’s Fair that users were able to try out a touchscreen for the first time. Elo, a Knoxville-based company, debuted the touchscreen technology, then known as “talk back” computers, in the United States Pavilion. To honor this spirit of innovation, “You Should’ve Been There!” incorporates engaging touchscreens alongside displays of original fair materials from pickle pins to deely bobbers and everything in between. CUSTOM CLOSETS Answers to 5 Common Questions

W

hether it’s a new house, or a home undergoing renovation, most Knoxville-area homeowners are choosing to invest in a custom master closet, so they don’t have to search through an overstuffed, disorganized closet again. Tailored Living of Knoxville, a local provider of whole-home organization, works closely with homeowners to design a closet that meets their needs and style. If you’re thinking about a new closet, pantry or home office, here are five of the most common questions homeowners ask Tailored Living design consultants: How much does a new closet cost? Our products range in price, depending on the color, accessories, and decorative elements you choose, as well as the size of the space. For example, selecting a white finish will cost less than a dark, wood-grain finish, and an off-the-floor system will be more economical than floor standing. Tailored Living works to stay within budget and create a system that meets your needs, lifestyle, and wallet. What type of material to you use? All of Tailored Living’s products are made of high-quality materials and designed with expert craftsmanship to create a long-lasting system. Shelving and panels are made with industrial-grade laminated composite. The custom shelving and cabinetry have a ¾-inch thermo-fused laminate. This thick finish provides strength and durability. Because it’s laminated, Tailored Living offers a variety of finishes and textures that are not available with solid wood.

Do your systems mount to the wall or sit on the floor? To ensure the best stability to stand up to everyday wear and tear, Tailored Living mounts all its systems to the wall. Some cabinets are designed to be off-the-floor, while others are designed to the floor with crown molding to look like a piece of furniture. Your design consultant will discuss these options with you. Will updating closets and storage areas increase the value of my home? As most real estate agents will tell you, maximizing the functionality of a closet and other storage areas definitely increases the value of a home. When perspective homebuyers see a customized storage area, they can envision their own clothes or belongings in that space. Adequate storage space is essential, and well-organized closets are extremely valuable. How long does it typically take to install? Installation times vary depending on the size of the project, but most projects are completed in a single day. If installation includes numerous rooms in the house -- several closets, a pantry, home office, garage cabinets, etc. -- the installation may take one or two additional days. Most importantly, from the owners to each employee, Tailored Living of Knoxville maintains a sharp focus on providing excellent customer service. Call Tailored Living to help you develop beautiful organization! Tailored Living® 865-947-8686 www.tailoredlivingknoxville.com
