HOW IT ALL
STARTED I was doing too much. I was a professional, a wife, a mother, a daughter, a friend, and a host of other titles and roles I had chosen to take on. I had goals, dreams, and desires and I created them in real life. I mapped out plans to achieve exactly what I wanted and I accomplished what I envisioned. Sounds all good, right? Not exactly. In all my clarity, focus, and action I was driven to create a full life that was not fulfilling… and who was it all for anyway? My goals were so serious and they were taking a toll on me. Every day, I would make sacrifices and hustle and grind creating result after result but at the end of each day I was exhausted and unsatisfied. My day rarely felt complete and the things that mattered most to me, including my well-being, were constantly left on my to do list for another day. I was driven and drained, busy yet bored, and laser focused, but having little to no fun. I was highly intentional…or so I thought. I wanted to stop doing so much but I was afraid of letting go of a pattern I had not only mastered, but one that had served me well for years. How was I going to reach all of my goals if I stopped “doing”?
THE ANSWER? BEING.
INTENTION IS ABOUT WHO YOU’RE BEING, NOT WHAT YOU’RE DOING.

I had lost my own identity in all of my doing, so I channeled my inner engineer, project manager, and designer and charted out a one page spreadsheet that pulled everything together centered around WHO I wanted to BE. I defined it, designed it, and crafted a game plan for how I would BECOME my design. I called it a BEprint™. I designed a literal blueprint of who I would become and aligned all the elements of my life, energy, time and money, to create it.

SURRENDERING To cease resistance and relinquish control to a greater power. Acknowledging and aligning with truth. SEEKING To go in search of, look for, or try to find. Stretching and expanding/ taking on new thoughts, actions, and responses to people or circumstances. STRIVING Make great efforts, try hard, and fight vigorously to achieve. Focusing effort and energy to achieve, get, or obtain something. Actively focusing thoughts and energy on what you don’t have. SETTLING Accept or agree to something you consider less than satisfactory, adopt security or comfort. Rationalizing away what you know to be true. SACRIFICING Killing off your gift or what you want for some noble cause. Habit of doing for others before doing for yourself. Isolating and busying yourself by over committing and taking on others' demands and needs over your own. STRUGGLING Having difficulty getting an outcome, forcing or fighting to handle or cope. Going against “Truth” and repeating cycles of undesirable patterns. SUFFERING Undergoing or enduring pain, illness, and hardship. Blaming (self or others). INTENTION
The Reality Check We call the Intention Scale the “reality check” because it’s a truth teller. Scan up and down the scale, read each level and the descriptions, and you’ll know exactly which experience resonates and what energetic you’ve been sending out into the atmosphere.

Get a clear picture in your mind and state your goal either out loud or in your mind as a thought.

Go level by level and ask yourself, Am I suffering, resenting something, or sabotaging myself around it? Am I struggling or resisting the truth of what’s necessary for my goal?

Take a deep breath and ask yourself, Where am I on this scale as it relates to my goal?

Go up and down the scale and read the descriptions until you see or hear your answer.

Anytime you see “Intention Level “or “Intention Check” in your Planner, this is the process. Be open. Stay out of your head and in your heart. You’ll know exactly who you are. Once you know your Intention Level you can own it. You’ll immediately have a choice to shift your intention up, down, or maintain it and your choice will directly determine your results.

INTENTION Think about your goal and imagine you’re already there? Close your eyes and take 5 minutes to visualize and capture what it's like to WIN and already be experiencing your goal! What intention level is aligned with this experience of your goal? This is your target intention level.

Taking action is a must...without action nothing changes, nothing moves, and intentions are rarely fulfilled. But, we believe too much "doing" can be deadly. In our world of BEing there are two types of DOing...We call them ÓS and BS Actions. ÓS Actions create a different way to plan where you center yourself and evoke the "next thing there is to do" that's aligned with your vision or goal and watch the results unfold. So take your "To Do" list and transform it into a selection of deliberate ÓS actions that are aligned with WHO you are and HOW you want to show up and experience life to create new results on purpose.

Actions that make a difference. They "stretch" you and leave you feeling like "Oh shit"! Things like telling the truth in the face of conflict, asking for what you want/need. Opening up and doing those things that make you experience "vulnerability".
Actions
Actions that keep you "busy" and don't make a difference or move you forward. Actions without a clear intention, lots of activity, and not much movement (hamster on a wheel), actions based on the intention of "making it" or surviving.
