Aphrodite Greek name composed of the elements afros “foam” and dity”dive; rise,” hence “risen from the foam.” In mythology, this is the name of the goddess of love and mother of Eros.



Athena Greek myth name of the goddess of wisdom. Plato fancifully derived her name from a-theo-noa, meaning “mind of God”.



Lydia Greek name meaning “of Lydia.” In the bible, this is the name of a woman who was converted to Christianity by Paul.



Kalliope Greek name composed of the elements kallos “beauty” and ops”voice,” hence “beautiful voice.” In mythology, this is the the name of the muse of epic poetry.


Hera Greek myth name of the wife of Zeus. She may have originally been a deity of the Minoan pantheon or of some other unidentifiable pre-Greek people. Her Roman name is Juno, meaning “vital force.”


Kalliroe In Greek mythology, Kalliroe means “Beautiful Flow� and she was a naiad. She was the daughter of Oceanus and Tethys. She was one of the three ancestors of the Tyrians, along with Abarbarea and Drosera.


Hebe Greek name derived from the word hebos, meaning “young.” In mythology, this is the name of a goddess of youth.


Arete A name meaning “virtue” or “excellence”. In Greek mythology, Queen Arete of Scheria was the wife of Alcinous and mother of Nausicaa and Laodamas as well as a descendant of Poseidon.


Nausica Nausica in Greek, means “burner of ships”. She is a character in Homer’s Odyssey. She is the daughter of King Alcinous and Queen Arete of Phaeacia.

Make a patron made up by water-soluble paper Apply two layers of woolen string on the patron Sew the water-soluble paper together with the wool to stabilize them Wash the jumper with cold water to evanesce the patron Sew the back and front side of the jumper and add the details such as the lace
