Reasonable precautions to address drainage in place during and after construction to prevent erosion and other drainage problems.

31 Drainage Control:

Disturbed soils to be revegetated within reasonable time and fashion to minimize erosion.

Driveways constructed as to no interfere with drainage and shall include culverts of appropriate size.

Draft measures to deal with drainage control must be approved by Architectural Review Committee

32 Basic landscaping, including finish grading, seeding, or sodding, must be completed within ninety (90) days after date of occupancy (weather permitting).
