With limited security resources, the United States and other countries must weigh competing priorities and find new ways to ensure comprehensive human security. The Affordable World Security Conference will convene top thinkers and a distinguished guest list to identify challenges and develop solutions. Initiated by the W.P. Carey Foundation with the collaboration of the EastWest Institute, the conference will be held on March 27ñ28 at the Newseum in Washington, D.C. ñ directly between the White House and the U.S. Capitol.
