Despite the fact that divers are here for the sea, they can also enjoy the comfort of a spacious and luxurious 3 bedroom villa, next to the dive center and close to the best restaurants and beaches .
3 bedroom Villa Upstairs a bedroom with two single beds and two bedrooms with a double bed in each, one of them with private bathroom, and the other with a small balcony offering a view of the swimming pool. A second common bathroom is also located upstairs with a Jacuzzi.
On the ground floor, a toilet, TV, dining table for 8, sofa for 8 and a small bar for drinks with 2 stools. Modern kitchen fully equipped with stove, refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, dining table, water cooler, etc ..
Outside, the yard offers dining furniture and barbecue, ideal for dining in the warm Cyprus evenings! You will also find a nice view of the backyards Lemon garden, a big private swimming pool and large open bar lie in front of the house entrance. A shower is also available next to the pool.

Dive Center Dive Shop &
Our Diving school is well equipped for beginners and experienced divers. The center is called “Dive Stop “ and is owned by “Survival Sports“, the importers of Tusa, Beuchat, Coltri Sub and Dive Pro products. The Villa Swimming pool is also a training facility for diving practice. Of course, the center and the dive shop is equipped with a wide range of Beuchat, Tusa and Dive Pro products. We also service diving equipment, offer equipment rental and scuba tank filling with AIR or NITROX up to 300 bar with our brand new 600 lit/m Coltri Sub compressor.
The team
The dive center is lead by a Course Director and an Instructor. We use our skills to guarantee your diving safety and memorable holidays individually, with family, friends or as a club. With an Internationally structured Diving School we welcome you to Cyprus in Greek, English or any other required language upon pre-arrangement. During the long summer season, our team will teach you how to dive and obtain an Internationally Recognized Scuba Diving Certification along with your friends and family. Our team will also be happy to guide any qualified diver for an unforgettable diving experience. The Dive Stop Center is situated in Pernera – Paralimni on the south-east of Cyprus. We are ideally located near to the most popular dive sites of the island, including caves and reefs with a variety of depths from 10 to 30 meters & dozens of shore dive sites. We have a selection of wrecks including the “Zenobia” which is one of the top ten diving wrecks worldwide. Cyprus offers a long diving season, with water temperatures of about 28° C in July and August and 18° C in January.
