Thanks to pandemic-related travel restrictions, few Eagles have been able to take their copies of Eastern magazine “On the Road.” But that didn’t stop the EWU faithful from gathering with loved ones at that most cozy of destinations — their own front porches. During the locked-down months earlier this year, photographer Bridget Mayfield ’92 (above) documented these and other “staycationing” local families for her “Front Porch Cheney” project.
