Biometric Screening A biometric screening is the first step in the Voluntary Wellness Initiative, a program through the Motivation Alliance that promotes workplace wellness. The screenings are free for Excela Health employees. Your screening consists of height, weight, body mass index, blood pressure, blood cholesterol and blood glucose. Scheduling is easy and can be done online! Visit the Voluntary Wellness Initiative page under Employee Wellness on the Intranet. View the checklist and read how employees can qualify for a reduced per pay deduction premium medical plan. Sign up today for your free screening by going to the Calendar of Events on the Intranet. Appointments are filling up fast, so don’t wait! The wellness year ends September 30, and biometric screenings must be completed by that date. Additional screenings have been added for the month of September. Register for your biometric screening by clicking here. Spots are filling up fast, so be sure to register soon.

If you are a member of a vulnerable population (one who is immunocompromised OR because you are unable to wear a mask due to a medical condition), you should NOT enter. We are sorry if this determination results in difficulties for our patients or their support persons, but we are committed to ensuring the safety of ALL individuals in our facilities. If you are NOT wearing a mask, you will be asked to leave the premises. We will involve security and/or local law enforcement if necessary. Thank you in advance for respecting this requirement.
