As humans, we tend to crave consistency in most, if not all aspects of our daily life. As marketers, we use this desire for consistency to create a brand. Branding a healthcare organization can include patient experiences, organizational values and the visual brand components that make the brand stand out (logo, colors, language). Consistency in branding contributes to brand recognition and can create trust and loyalty between the brand and its consumers.
5 key elements of a strong, consistent brand:
n A Mission Statement
n A Logo
n A Brand Color Palette
n Brand Guidelines

marketing and communication of a brand significantly correlates with reaching new and existing audiences. According to the marketing “Rule of 7,” it takes an average of seven interactions with a brand/brand’s messaging before recall, a purchase or seek of service will occur. The more often we see, hear, read, or experience something, the better. Therefore, branding and brand messaging should be the same across all mediums. This is why it is important to work with the marketing team at Excela Health when starting a new project that may include fliers, video, photography and more. The marketing department protects the brand and makes sure we are delivering a consistent message to our patients, community members and staff.

Excela Health is hiring for a variety of positions. We offer a comprehensive benefit package and compensation package, tuition reimbursement/loan forgiveness opportunities and a variety of other employee friendly perks.
When you refer a candidate and they mention your name as a referral either on their online application or during their interview, and if the candidate is hired and all guidelines have been met, then you will be paid out after the 6 month mark pending all qualifications are met.
During the application process the prospective hire will have two chances to make Excela Health aware of a referral.
The first opportunity is a field in the application itself. When asked where the candidate heard about the position they can select ‘employee referral’ and input the employee name.
The second opportunity is during the interview process. A recruiter will ask if the candidate was referred by a current employee.
Note: There is no longer a survey for employees to fill out. If mentioned during the hiring process, then you will be paid out after the six month mark pending all qualifications are met.
