Westmoreland/Frick Foundation Makes Donation to North Huntingdon Police Department
The Westmoreland/Frick Hospital Foundation recently donated an automated external defibrillator (AED) to the North Huntingdon Township Police Department. An AED is a portable electronic device that automatically diagnoses the life-threatening cardiac arrhythmias. It is used to help those experiencing sudden cardiac arrest. It’s a sophisticated medical device that can analyze the heart’s rhythm and, if necessary, deliver an electrical shock or defibrillation, to help the heart re-establish an effective rhythm. The new AED will be located in the Shift Supervisor’s vehicle which is on the road 24/7. Holly Dibiasi, Manager of the Westmoreland/Frick Hospital Foundation (left) is shown making the donation to North Huntingdon Township Manager Harry Faulk (center) and North Huntingdon Township Police Chief Robert Rizzo.

As humans, we tend to crave consistency in most, if not all aspects of our daily life. As marketers, we use this desire for consistency to create a brand. Branding a healthcare organization can include patient experiences, organizational values and the visual brand components that make the brand stand out (logo, colors, language). Consistency in branding contributes to brand recognition and can create trust and loyalty between the brand and its consumers. elements of a strong, consistent brand:

The most important purpose of having brand guidelines is maintaining brand accuracy and consistency. It keeps everyone on the same page working on and with the brand. This is why it is important to work with the marketing team at Excela Health when starting a new project that may include fliers, video, photography and more. The marketing department protects the brand and makes sure we are delivering a consistent message to our patients, community members and staff.
