Intro to HIIT! Intro to HIIT, high intensity interval training, is one of the newest classes being offered by the Excela Health Well-Being Center. This class is a moderate intensity interval training sequence with moderate intensity exercises. In the class you will work on cardiovascular fitness while improving muscular strength and endurance. The goal of the class is to help people challenge themselves and walk out feeling strong. HIIT is available to employees and the public for a one-time fee of $20.
