The session explores practices for restful sleep, balanced nutrition, healthy relationships, and more. The Well-Being Center exercise physiologists and registered dietitians are here to help! “Ask the Trainer” is an initiative to answer your questions along your fitness journey. HEalthyWage Step Challenge Results Enjoy music and chat with an Excela Health Recruiter The Excela Health Talent Acquisition team will be sponsoring a table at Summer Sounds! The event features th Eagles tribute band 7 Bridges, on June 7 at St. Clair Park in Greensburg! Stop by and support Excela’s recruitment team! All attendees will have the opportunity to enter into a basket raffle. Employees who bring a friend interested in employment opportunities will be entered into a separate raffle; winner to be announced internally on June 10.

Participants competed in teams of 2-6 to increase their individual daily step count by at least 25% over 60 days. Every participant who hit the 25% goal WON and will split the pot with fellow winners! Between 26 participants there were 20,564,191 total steps taken! Here Comes the Bride! The Westmoreland Hospitality Shop is prepared for wedding season with bridal and special occasion merchandise! New lustrous pearl and crystal necklaces, bracelets and earrings, all perfect for a summer bride. The shop would like to showcase Excela brides! All you have to do is bring in a framed wedding photo of yourself with your name and phone number on the back of it. The photos will be displayed in the shop windows and display cases. All photos must be picked up on or before June 14.
