Excela Health Honored in 2019 HAP Donate Life Pennsylvania Hospital Challenge Excela Health was highlighted as the top performing health system in the 2019 HAP Donate Life Pennsylvania Hospital Challenge. The Challenge was held from January 1 to April 30 and during this time Pennsylvania’s hospitals worked to increase awareness of the need for organ and tissue donors and encourage new donor registrations. Participants were recognized at an awards luncheon. Excela Health was recognized as not only the top overall health system, but also Westmoreland, Latrobe and Frick Hospitals were each recognized as platinum hospitals. Congratulations to everyone involved!
