A NOTE FROM US Kathryn Tremblay, Co-Founder & CEO of Altis Recruitment I’m proud to share this Canadian Black-Owned Business Guide for many reasons. They are driving solutions to social determinants of health such as food insecurity and mental health.

He started Dream Maker Ventures - DMV , investing in early-stage tech companies founded by people of colour, women, persons with disabilities, LGBTQ+ professionals, immigrants, refugees, and indigenous entrepreneurs.

16 year old entrepreneur Marcus McGowan started Glovely, a Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) supply company to help keep Canadians safe during these unprecedented times.

Community leaders Camille and Roger Dundas who wanted to show the everyday excellence in the Black community by creating an award-winning publication, Byblacks.com.
