Whether you give an hour or two a month, or a day each week, you could help us deliver our vital services. We can put your skills to good use. You could help by being a befriending volunteer who spends an hour a week visiting a lonely, housebound older person. Or you could be trained to help older people claim the welfare benefits to which they are entitled, which could make the difference between them having a warm home this winter or staying in bed wrapped in blankets.
