Welcome to AGE Concern Eastboune ............................................................................................................................... ............................................................................................................................... ..........

The Venton Centre The William & Patricia Venton Centre was donated to AGE Concern Eastbourne and opened in November 2000, and ever since it has been used as a place for people over 50 in Eastbourne to socialise, enjoy lunch, partake in a variety of activities and seek information, advice and guidance.

The Pantry Café is open: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm Saturdays 9am - 2pm The Venton Centre is located opposite AutoWise car service centre in Junction Road, and can be easily accessed from the Arndale Centre by the exit next to Sainsburys.

Our activities include tai chi, creative writing, art classes, computer lessons, dancersize and more. All designed to promote independence and wellbeing, and to enhance later life.

AGE Concern Eastbourne is THE local independent charity for older people in Eastbourne and surrounding areas.

Information and advice on health, welfare benefits, consumer issues and local concerns can be obtained at the Centre. We also offer a number of free services, providing professional legal advice, will-writing (conditions apply) and financial advice.

Everything we do is about Eastbourne and the areas around it. Every penny raised locally is spent locally, to provide a fantastic range of activities and services that make such difference to the lives of so many people, and in simply being there when help is needed.

The Pantry Café, our modern coffee shop café is open to anyone of any age, and offers a selection of delicious snacks and sandwiches and hot meals freshly made on the premises. These are accompanied by a selection of specialty teas, coffees and homemade cakes.

With your support we can secure an even brighter future for older people in Eastbourne and nearby areas.
