Don’t worry about the future. We’re here for you. Today’s busy lifestyles mean our futures and those of our loved ones aren’t always the first thing on our minds. But who knows what’s around the corner?

We’ll discuss all of the options and make sure every decision accurately reflects any wishes. We’ll be patient, sensitive, and make sure your interests come first.

If you, a loved one or friend become mentally incapable due to illness, accident or simply old age, who will look after your welfare and financial affairs?

If you are responsible for someone who no longer has the capacity to set up Lasting Powers of Attorney, we can also help you become a Deputy through Court of Protection.

The good news is Walker Smith Way Legal can help prepare you for this by guiding and supporting you during a difficult and sometimes confusing time.

Alternatively where significant funds require management we also have extensive experience acting as appointed professional deputies and working closely with family members.

A Lasting Power of Attorney allows people to be very specific about how they want their finances and welfare to be managed in the future, and most importantly by whom.

Whatever your concerns, rely on us to leave you feeling confident and assured. For complete peace of mind, talk to us today
