Magical Christmas stays at Ansty Hall
Picture waking up on Christmas morning in a 17th-century manor house, in the heart of Shakespeare Country.
Eight acres of beautifully landscapes gardens lie outside, waiting to be discovered. The historic halls of the house are filled with festive decorations, the scent of pine and clove in the air. Champagne bottles sit, ready to be popped. And downstairs, our chefs prepare a feast so delectable, you won’t look at a sprout in the same way again.
This is Christmas at Ansty Hall. A time for you and loved ones to come together, and not lift a finger. Where you’ll be welcomed with a festive afternoon tea and where the sounds of local carol singers fill our halls. And where there’ll be plenty of opportunities to make Christmas how you want it. Whether that’s cracking open the board games or a good book, exploring the Warwickshire countryside that surrounds us, or opening the gifts that Santa has left for the kids.
We’ll make sure that when you come to Ansty Hall for a few days, you’ll leave with a lifetime of memories.
We pull out all the stops so no-one is left peeling the spuds or finding a way to fit the family round the table, letting everyone enjoy a well-deserved rest at this very special time of year.
‘Twas the night before Christmas
Christmas Eve is the day the festivities begin. Check in from 2pm and discover your very own twinkling Christmas tree in your room. You’ll then be treated to a festive cream tea before spending the rest of the afternoon settling in and laying out your stocking, then join us downstairs where we’ll kick-start the evening with mulled wine and a three-course dinner, followed by Christmas classics from local carol singers.
Christmas Eve
Tuesday 24th December
Check in from 2pm, then join us for a festive cream tea. Spend the rest of the afternoon settling into your new home where you’ll find your very own Christmas tree waiting for you.
6pm
Before dinner, relax in the bar or sit down to a live performance from local carol singers.
7pm
Take your seat in Twine restaurant for a delicious three-course feast, followed by mulled wine and mince pies.

It’s Christmas! Wake up to a leisurely breakfast, festive touches, and the buzz of excitement in the air for the day ahead.
From a traditional five-course lunch to lots of festive treats, you’ll be spending your day with full bellies and even fuller hearts. When you’re not sitting down to graze or feast, make the most of our beautiful grounds or relax in our little nooks (and wait for the next course).
Christmas Day
Wednesday 25th December
Start the day off with breakfast while we put the finishing touches together for the day ahead, then spend the rest of the morning at your leisure.
12pm
Enjoy a glass of Bucks Fizz before meeting us in Twine restaurant, where we’ll be serving a five-course lunch with all the trimmings and half a bottle of wine per person. There’ll even be a visit from Father Christmas himself.
3pm
You’ll probably want to rest after your lunch, so we highly recommend settling down to watch the King’s Speech with a slice of Christmas cake. Or if you’d like some fresh air, why not wrap up warm and explore our grounds?
7pm
There’s always room for a nibble or two in the evening. Head to the bar where we’ll be serving a cheese grazing table.
Rum pum pum pum
The festivities continue. Start the day with a nourishing breakfast, followed by a bracing walk in our grounds - you’ll want to make a bit of room for a carvery lunch and three-course dinner in the evening.
Boxing Day
Thursday 26th December
Wake up to breakfast in Twine before spending your morning walking our grounds for bracing fresh air in the unspoilt Warwickshire countryside.
12.30pm to 2.30pm
Time for round two of Christmas lunch. Join us for a carvery lunch in Twine before finding a cosy nook to curl up with a book.
6.30pm
Make your way back to Twine and take your seat for a delicious three-course dinner.
So long, farewell, auf wiedersehen goodbye
Today’s the day we say goodbye. Enjoy one last full English breakfast before heading home with a lifetime of memories.
