xclusive resorts began in 2002 as a carefully vetted Portfolio of 30 privately-managed residences in 10 destinations. The Club experienced a period of rapid growth from 2004 to 2009 after investing $500 million in real estate development to expand the Residence Collection. Since then, Exclusive Resorts has built a robust Portfolio of more than 380 residences in over 75 worldwide destinations, all in an effort to meet and anticipate the ever-evolving needs of our Club Members.

Beaver Creek, CO Colorado is famous for massive powder-filled back bowls and legendary ski terrain. Just fifteen minutes from downtown Vail, Beaver Creek Resort lives up to the legend and offers both adventure and relaxation. For adventure, cycle Vail Pass, snowshoe or cross-country ski the trails at gorgeous McCoy Park, go on a snowcat tour, or play a few rounds at Beaver Creek Golf Club, right outside your door. Those seeking relaxation can unwind in either the Allegria Spa or Spa Anjali or dine at mountain-top, Member-favorite, Beano’s Cabin.
The Club’s two four- to five-bedroom residences are located near the fairways of Beaver Creek Golf Club, inside a gated village. Each have en suite bathrooms, media rooms, chef-grade kitchens, and spacious outdoor patios with a grill and hot tub. Deer Valley, UT Host of the 2002 Winter Olympics, Deer Valley remains a popular ski destination and perennial favorite among Club Members. Whether staying in one of the nine Club residences at Ironwood or five residences at Montage Deer Valley, Club Members have direct ski-in/ ski-out access to the entirety of the Deer Valley Resort alpine terrain. Both properties are less than four miles from Park City’s Main Street, an area well-known as the annual locale for the Sundance Film Festival and for being a destination in and of itself replete with shopping, sightseeing, and dining opportunities. Each of the three- to four-bedroom residences embody the alpine aesthetic with custom cabinetry, slate and wood floors, marble and granite countertops, and artwork which celebrate the local heritage and landscape. Host cozy, après-ski (or hike) gatherings by the hearth, bike Park City’s must-ride mountain trails, or simply enjoy the scenic summit views on your next vacation.

Islamorada, FL Tucked among the swaying coconut palms and deep blue waters of the upper Florida Keys lies Islamorada, the Village of Islands. Located approximately one hour south of Miami, Islamorada consists of four islands and is known as the sport fishing capital of the world. When not fishing or exploring the Keys by boat, be charmed by the laid-back small-town atmosphere. Scenic views of the bay and ocean are abundant, and locally owned restaurants, quirky shops, and quaint galleries are the perfect places to spend a leisurely afternoon. Kiawah Island, SC Kiawah Island is a barrier island, nature preserve, and fifteen-year Club Member favorite. The island’s aweinspiring landscape and miles of pristine beaches are just an hour south of the historic mansions, fine restaurants, and charming boutiques of Charleston, SC. Club Members can kayak, canoe, fish, explore the island’s extensive biking and walking trails, or enjoy naturalistled programs at the Night Heron Park Nature Center. For younger visitors and families, the Kamp Kiawah half- or full-day camp program is a time-honored tradition filled with engaging activities.
Exclusive Resorts features three residences within the island’s new Marsh Walk community. Club Members staying in these residences will have private access to nearby community clubhouse, Marsh House, and its amenities. Those staying in the other five Exclusive Resorts residences have access to five world-class golf courses, a top-ranked tennis club, and a Forbes five-star spa at the Sanctuary Hotel.

Kohala Coast, HI Located on the north side of the island, Kohala Coast lures travelers with white-sand beaches and renowned golf courses. Kohala Coast is one of our Club Members’ most cherished family vacation destinations made special by activities like snorkeling with sea turtles, hiking volcanoes alongside bubbling lava, bamboo pole fishing, or zip lining through lush, tropical valleys. Nine of the Exclusive Resorts residences are located within a gated community tucked away into the rolling Hawaiian hillside, conveniently located near the Fairmont Orchid at Pauoa Beach. These residences have a gourmet kitchen, outdoor shower, and private pool. The Club has two additional single-family residences at Laule’a, which overlook the first hole of the Mauna Lani South Course. Each residence’s private pool and hot tub are ideal for taking in the magnificent view of snow capped Mauna Kea.

Los Cabos, Mexico Los Cabos is located on the southernmost tip of Mexico’s Baja Peninsula, with colorful Cabo San Lucas in the west and laidback San José del Cabo in the east. Exclusive Resorts established its first residences along this corridor in 2003, all nestled within the private community of Punta Ballena—just 15 minutes from downtown Cabo San Lucas and beautiful beaches. The Villas Las Conchas residences boast private casitas, the Esperanza condominiums are on resort property, and Las Residencias feel like private beach estates. All are four-bedroom residences and have gourmet kitchens, access to resort amenities, and are decorated with local pottery, hand-crafted wood furnishings, and brightly colored Mexican textiles.

Los Cabos was one of The Club’s earliest acquisitions, and expansions continued over multiple years as the popularity of this destination increased amongst Members. To date, The Club has invested over $17 million in the Punta Ballena Community. In 2006, The Club—through our partnership with Timbers—purchased two of the three new buildings in Phase II of the Esperanza development, investing over $21 million. Being in the development at the earliest stages, our design team was able to add special touches for our Members, including pools on our ground floor residences.

Maui, HI Maui is well-known for long stretches of golden sand, clear shimmering water, and spectacular sunsets. Exclusive Resorts has two different destinations on the island of Maui. Kapalua, loosely translated to “arms embracing the sea”, hosts seven of The Club’s three-bedroom residences, all decorated in a bright yet serene palette, complete with a spacious lanai to enjoy the Hawaiian breeze with stunning ocean vistas. Each residence is a short walk from the pristine crescent of Kapalua Bay Beach and Montage Beach Club, which features an 8,500 square foot lagoon pool, spa, and four restaurants.

As a partner in the Kapalua development, Exclusive Resorts’ vision was to create a new caliber of worldclass Hawaiian resorts, reflective of Maui’s history and culture through the eyes of contemporary design. The Club’s residences at Montage Kapalua Bay opened nearly 10 years ago and quickly became an important destination for Members seeking a new treasured locale on the island of Maui.
Six Exclusive Resorts residences are tucked away in Wailea, located on Maui’s southern shore. These threebedroom townhomes are outfitted in contemporary décor and local artwork, each complete with a gourmet kitchen and a spacious lanai to enjoy beautiful views. Miami Beach, FL Miami’s distinctive neighborhoods blend to create the city’s effortless sense of cool. South Beach, known for its colorful Art Deco buildings, nightlife, and long stretches of white sand is home to the Club’s four threebedroom residences, all at 1 Hotel South Beach. 1 Hotel was among the first environmentally-friendly high-end hotels in Miami, built from beautiful and sustainably-sourced materials. Its prime beachfront location, four pools, and rooftop cabana pool deck set the standard for SoBe style. Tom Colicchio’s Beachcraft is conveniently located at 1 Hotel, one of Miami’s many star chef restaurants and innovative cocktail lounges waiting to be savored. Explore Miami’s other neighborhoods, including Little Havana for authentic Cuban restaurants and colorful murals; Bal Harbour for notable boutiques; or Design District, for funky galleries and home décor stores. Newport Beach, CA Newport Beach is an idyllic coastal community with offerings from surf and sun to sophistication. The Club’s five villas in the resort’s Villa Enclave will give you a taste of Tuscany in Orange County; each designed to detail with travertine flooring, wood-beam ceilings,
and Italian limestone fireplaces. The Villa Enclave offers its guests a private clubhouse, where Exclusive Resorts Members can go for a swim or enjoy dinner at the Piccolo Restaurant. Peninsula Papagayo, Costa Rica Peninsula Papagayo is one of the Club’s most popular destinations—ideal for thrill seekers and loungers alike. Zip line through the rainforest canopy, lay in the sand, or see the peninsula’s abundant wildlife on the way to our 30-acre private gated community. Our $70 million investment opened in 2004 after years of Member-focused development. The 17 cliffside four-bedroom residences were carefully designed to be structurally harmonious with natural surroundings and offer the ultimate indoor/outdoor living experience. Each feature a private infinity-edge pool, a chef-grade kitchen equipped with the latest appliances, and an open floor plan for easy entertaining.

In 2007, The Club purchased land overlooking the Pacific Ocean and our design vision was simple. Pura Vida! Living the good life in Costa Rica. Our team had incredible fun designing these residences, focusing on huge windows and expansive decks to celebrate the incredible views. Natural, indigenous materials were used by our local architect and interior designer to create unique residences in harmony with the region’s rugged natural beauty. After four years of construction and an investment of approximately $50 million, what was once overgrown shrubs and trees became a Member-favorite destination with 18 residences and our own Member beach club.
The Exclusive Resorts Poro Poro Beach Club is a short golf cart ride away from the residences and offers a 65seat restaurant, outdoor bar, 80-foot infinity-edge pool, and beach access. Real del Mar, Mexico Exclusive Resorts first introduced Club Members to this paradise in 2004 with just one residence in the beautiful Real del Mar gated community.
