Special Terms and Conditions When you make a booking for a ‘Team Series’ package, as it is unknown where the match fixtures will be played until the final draw is made on 2 December 2011. However, we have already identified a shortage of 4 & 5 Star accommodations in Donetsk. We shall, subject to availability and the provisions of the Booking Conditions, provide you with one of the following options for match fixtures to be in Donetsk: (a)
a package including a 4* hotel in a Hub City (where match fixtures are to be played in Donetsk, the Hub City will be either Kharkiv or Kyiv) for the ‘Team Series’ package price plus an additional charge of 450 Euros per person per match fixture. This additional charge would cover flights between the city in which your hotel is situated and the city in which the match fixture is located, transport to and from the airports and stadium, staff costs and other additional fees incurred (including without limitation parking); or
(b)
a day trip package which would include flights and transport to and from the airport and the match fixture (excluding accommodation). The outbound flight would depart early on the morning of the match fixture from the booked departure airport and the flight would be direct to the Host City and the inbound flight would return after the match fixture either on the same day or early the following morning (based on kick-off times for the match fixture). For this option only, the price of the ‘Team Series’ package would be reduced by 600 Euros to take into account the fact that you would not receive the 4* hotel accommodation included in the ‘Team Series’ package if we offered you the day trip option.

For all match fixtures, we shall endeavour to inform you of the confirmed details of your package (including which option we are able to provide) by 11 December 2011. In the event that the national team does not qualify for the Final Tournament of UEFA EURO 2012™ Poland and Ukraine for your selected team series package, then the arrangements will be cancelled and full refund will be given.

Knockout Stages The Base Camp Hub Package allows you to book quality accommodation via the Official Accommodation Agency, due to the limited four and five star hotels in some match venues. By offering you the chance to take advantage of our ‘Hub Packages’, we can ensure that you stay in a quality accommodation, based in either Host Capital cities of Warsaw or Kyiv. This package is based on a specific tailored travel solution that will depart around early morning on match day from the host city hub. All guests will then be transported to the match venue. 90 minutes after the final whistle you will depart for your return journey back to your Hub host city. Everything from flights to coaches and hotel departures will be streamlined to ensure you arrive at the venue host city refreshed and ready for the big match.
