A New Top Office in Town WITH PARISE CORMIER, FRANCHISEE - EXIT REALTY ASSOCIATES, NB They say everyone picks their moment, and 2020 not only marked a milestone 20th anniversary for Franchisee, Parise Cormier, and her office, but it was also arguably their time to shine. For 12 consecutive years, Parise and her team have cheered on fellow New Brunswick office, EXIT Realty Advantage, as they’ve won EXIT’s Largest Grossing Single Office in North America award at Convention, and though the awards ceremony went virtual this year, Parise just knew it was going to be her year. “I’m very proud of each and every one on our ever-growing team,” she said. “My Manager, André Malenfant, and our support staff team have gone above and beyond. I know Philip and Dave are happy for us too because we’ve worked so hard, and they’ve often said to me over the years, ‘If ever someone is to beat us, we hope it’s you.’”

Like many businesses early this year, Parise and her team faced much uncertainty saying, “We were lucky to live where we did,” of the multi-province bubble the Canadian Government put in place, allowing the maritime provinces of PEI, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick as well as Newfoundland and Labrador to travel across one another’s borders. Taking full advantage of EXIT’s stimulus package of coaching and training, and by employing web conferencing strategies, Parise quickly adjusted her one word of Focus in 2020 to Persevere, and then again to Adapt. “Parise and her team have been vigilant with their intent to get to the top, attracting and developing some of the finest real estate professionals in their community,” Joyce Paron, President of the Canadian Division of EXIT Realty said proudly. “They’re a service- and value-driven brokerage led with heart and humility.”
