I am delighted to welcome you to The Grill Room, one of the few venues in the UK to feature an Inka Grill, the latest oven to take the culinary world by storm and acclaimed by world renowned chefs including Heston Blumenthal and Jamie Oliver. My inspiration for this restaurant was the grand grill rooms of London and, reminiscent of these, our Grill Room offers discerning diners an exquisite and extensive menu of timeless classics with a modern twist. Seasonally inspired dishes, using locally sourced ingredients, are the backbone of this restaurant, and they have been infused with ingenious touches from our talented Executive Chef and the kitchen brigade. Behind the scenes our state-of-the-art kitchen is equipped with an Inka Grill which has been lauded by world-famous chefs. The Inka is a sealed oven of Spanish origin, fuelled by a Bincho-tan ‘white’ hardwood oak charcoal. This oven, combined with the skill of my team, guarantees that whatever your choice of meat, fish and vegetables, they will be grilled swiftly and perfectly – creating the unrivalled flavours that my guests expect. And you’ll not be disappointed by our drinks list. Featuring an extensive selection of wines, champagnes, ports and cognacs to suit any occasion, these are the perfect complement to our outstanding menu. Yet our Grill room is more than simply delicious food and a convivial ambience. You can rest assured that your dining experience will be completed with the friendly and welcoming service of our restaurant team.
