I T I N E R A R Y > Day 1 Arrival at the marina of Platamonas, at the footsteps of Mt. Olympus at 17:00 p.m. check in at our yacht, feel comfortable, soon briefing and departure. Arrival at the port of Skioni, where we stay for the night. > Day 2 Departure and sailing to the cove of Agios Petros at the island of Kira Panagia, where we spend the night at the anchor. Seize the opportunity to swim in the crystal clear waters, experience snorkeling or relax reading your favorite book. > Day 3 Departure and sailing towards the island of Alonissos with a mid station at kokkinokastro or Agios Dimitrios and settle at Patitiri. We suggest a visit to Alonissos chora (old city), a village of astonishing view and amazing Greek cuisine. Cove after cove and hidden treasures, explore Halkidiki peninsula. The coast around Halkidiki is close to 500 kilometres in length. It is home to countless superb beaches, almost all of them blue flag winners. OVERVIEW

Cosmopolitan Kassandra According to mythology, Kassandra, the first peninsula of Halkidiki, was the site of the mythical Clash of the Titans. It’s also home to some of Greece’s best known beach bars. Keep a note of these places: Floyita, Athytos, Kallithea, Hanioti, Kryopiyi, Polyhrono, Pefkohori, Paliouri, Posidi, Siviri, Sani. Beautiful Sithonia, is home to the ancient city of Olynthus with its unique mosaics. It also has beaches that will take your breath away! The vegetation on Sithonia is dense. The forests – pine chiefly – reach down to the beaches –a real treat for the senses. I T I N E R A R Y > Day 1 Boarding at 16:00 p.m., settle at the boat which will wait for us in the port of Platamonas and depart with destination the port of Skioni where we stay for the night and have a welcome dinner enjoying the exquisite Greek delicacies. > Day 2 Departure for the port of Porto Koufo mid station at Paliouri and overnight at any spot you like either close to a beach bar or close to a scenic and virgin creek. > Day 3 Departure from Porto Koufo and sail towards cove Sikia where we spend the night at the anchor. > Day 4 We sail along the coastline for a short passage from the monasteries of the holly Mountain and then anchor at Amouliani Island. > Day 5 Departure, our destination is Porto Koufo with a mid station at any beach you like while sailing the coastline of Sithonia peninsula (we suggest kavourotripes, beach bars at Armenisti, Platanitsi e.t.c.). > Day 6 We depart from Porto Koufo and we sail upwards to the port of Skioni with a mid station for swim and relaxation. The highlight of this trip is the Sailing course in the beautiful waters in between Sithonia and Mt. Athos (Agio oros), towards to the small island of Amouliani where we can swim, relax or enjoy water sports. OVERVIEW

The highlight of this sailing trip is the cruise close to the coastline of Agio Oros (Mount Athos) which is a unique monastic community. It comprises of 20 majestic monasteries. Apart from the monasteries, there are also 12 hermitages, monk communities which constitute a settlement made of huts and cells, ceded by the holy monasteries to small groups of monks. The huts are actually buildings smaller than the cells with an integrated church, but the monks don’t possess any land property. The hermitages are an extension of the building. They are located at places hard to access. The capital of the Agio Oros is Karyes. Here you will find the Church of Protato (10th century) with the renowned icon “Axion Esti” (“It is worthy to bless Thee, the Virgin”), as well as the frescos of Panselinos. Only men are allowed at Mount Athos. As for foreign visitors, they have to obtain a special permission.

> Day 2: Thira-Akrotiri This morning we will ride our bikes to the famous Red Beach, well known for the unique color of the sand and the hill behind it. Soaring red lava cliffs which drop right to the sandy shore and into the clear blue sea, make for a majestic setting and one to enjoy (Tip: snorkeling is good here due to the interesting rocks).We will visit Akrotiri’s archeological site and the road will lead us to a local winery(Boutari and Gavala). The wine-tasting of Santorinian wines, in combination with the local dishes, as well as a journey back in time to the history of the island and to the rebirth of the vineyards of Santorini through a multimedia show of image and sound, put together a truly unforgettable experience. We will return to our accommodation. After relaxing at the hotels swimming pool, enjoying the volcano’s view, we will regroup for dinner at a familyowned restaurant, where you will taste our host’s own wine and eat the chef’s specialty made daily ( www.koukoumavlos.eu). >Day 3: Thira-Perivolos This morning after taking breakfast we will head to Pirgos, a medieval gem and stands on a hill that oversees Santorini from one end to the other, from Akrotiri to Oia. It is a castle that still retains the characteristics of the Venetian empire, studded with churches and ruins, and convey a strong sense of power and prosperity. Three large blue domes adorn the village, where mansions and village homes are in harmony. Residents with simple, happy homes are living witnesses of a peaceful and humane way of life that has survived the test of time. From the tower you will have the best panoramic views of the island. At Pirgos you will enjoy cooking lessons learning to cook local delicacies tasting the unique local wines (http://selene.gr/). The island has a long tradition in viticulture, at least 3500 years. The unique climate combined with the soil composition have been making wine varieties giving wines with distinctive personalities. Optionally, we can visit


Perissa beach famous for its volcanic black sand. Here are the ruins of the Byzantine church of Agia Irini in which the island owes its name, Santorini. In our way back we will be pampered in a traditional spa center using unique wine based products. In the evening we will return to our hotel and you are free to spent your time as you wish. >Day 4: Thira-Oia After our delicious breakfast we head with our bikes north at the famous Sigalas Winery. The island has one of the oldest vineyards around the world from prehistoric times. The main grape varieties grown in Santorini offer across the wide variety of wines is Assyrtiko (which gives 80% of the production of Santorini), Athiri and Aidani than whites and Mantilaria the Mavrotragano and Voudomato by the red. The scenic location of the winery and the positioning of the wine tasting room to the west, affords the opportunity to all guests to enjoy the colours of the setting sun as it descends on the vineyard. The winery will arrange a dinner for us, where the wines of Sigalas Estate are complimented by traditional Cycladic delicacies. Off to Oia the most famous summer resort where you will be fascinated by the incredible beauty that lies before your eyes. It’s the first settlement in Greece considered conserved. Take your time to explore the carved in rocks settlement and find a good spot because in the afternoon crowds of people “hang” in caldera to see the horizon painted with the colours of fire. > Day 5: Kamari After taking breakfast we head with our bike to Episkopi where we will visit Roussos local winery. The old traditional kanava’s personnel will be waiting for our arrival to guide as through the old traditional wine making process and offer us wines to taste. Next stop Kamari, in this small crowed village we will sit by the sea and taste local flavours at Nuchteri restaurant. Relax at the hotel for the rest of the day or explore Santorini by night. >Day 6: Walking the Caldera path and boat trip to the Island Thirassia. We will dedicate this day to the magic scenery of Santorini. We leave our bikes behind as we begin for a hiking trip in the Caldera’s old path. This is the perfect opportunity to enjoy the magnificent view and capture it all to your camera. After a 5 miles walk we reach Oia for a small break. Take advantage of your free time and wander in the alleys. Regroup and head towards Amoudi. This is a place where boats in primary colors (yellow, blue, red) clash against perfect turquoise water and bob hypnotically around anchor lines. Where waves crash against harsh black rock. The fishing docks at Oia are the oldest continually used docks in the world, supposedly being in service for 3000 years. A boat will be waiting for us there to take us at Thirassia, a small island near Santorini. At our arrival, in the afternoon, the scenery is set for the perfect dinner under the fading sun. Three large blue domes adorn the village, where mansions and village homes are in harmony. At Pirgos you will enjoy cooking lessons learning to cook local delicacies tasting the unique local wines (http://selene.gr/). The island has a long tradition in viticulture, at least 3500 years. The unique climate combined with the soil composition have been making wine varieties giving wines with distinctive personalities. Optionally, we can visit Perissa beach famous for its volcanic black sand. Here are the ruins of the Byzantine church of Agia Irini in which the island owes its name, Santorini. In our way back we will be pampered in a traditional spa center using unique wine based products. In the evening we will return to our hotel and you are free to spent your time as you wish. >Day 4: Thira-Oia After our delicious breakfast we head with our bikes north at the famous Sigalas Winery. The island has one of the oldest vineyards around the world from prehistoric times. The main grape varieties grown in Santorini offer across the wide variety of wines is Assyrtiko (which gives 80% of the production of Santorini), Athiri and Aidani than whites and Mantilaria the Mavrotragano and Voudomato by the red. The wines of Santorini are characterized by intense aromas and flavors and high alcoholic degrees. Santorini wine Different types of wine but has 3 wines Appellation of Origin of Superior Quality. Assyrtiko is the wine that is named after the variety has great things in the climate and volcanic soil of Santorini. Geftite all the flavors and aromas of Santorini in a wine. The Nichteri is a wine aging is so named because tradition says that all work on the wine of the night was. The Vinsanto (Vino di Santorini) in the sweet wine of Santorini is connected with


the modern history and has made it known throughout the world. On the plain of Oia, in Santorini, and more specifically in Baxedes area, the winery of Domaine Sigalas can be found. The scenic location of the winery and the positioning of the wine tasting room to the west, affords the opportunity to all guests to enjoy the colours of the setting sun as it descends on the vineyard. The winery will arrange a dinner for us, where the wines of Sigalas Estate are complimented by traditional Cycladic delicacies. Off to Oia the most famous summer resort where you will be fascinated by the incredible beauty that lies before your eyes. It’s the first settlement in Greece considered conserved. Take your time to explore the carved in rocks settlement and find a good spot because in the afternoon crowds of people “hang” in caldera to see the horizon painted with the colours of fire. >Day 5: Kamari After taking breakfast we head with our bike to Episkopi where we will visit Roussos local winery. The old traditional kanava’s personnel will be waiting for our arrival to guide as through the old traditional wine making process and offer us wines to taste. Next stop Kamari, in this small crowed village we will sit by the sea and taste local flavours at Nuchteri restaurant. Relax at the hotel for the rest of the day or explore Santorini by night. >Day 6: Walking the Caldera path and boat trip to the Island Thirassia We will dedicate this day to the magic scenery of Santorini. We leave our bikes behind as we begin for a hiking trip in the Caldera’s old path. This is the perfect opportunity to enjoy the magnificent view and capture it all to your camera. After a 5 miles walk we reach Oia


for a small break. Take advantage of your free time and wander in the alleys. Regroup and head towards Amoudi. This is a place where boats in primary colors (yellow, blue, red) clash against perfect turquoise water and bob hypnotically around anchor lines. Where waves crash against harsh black rock. The fishing docks at Oia are the oldest continually used docks in the world, supposedly being in service for 3000 years. A boat will be waiting for us there to take us at Thirassia, a small island near Santorini. At our arrival, in the afternoon, the scenery is set for the perfect dinner under the fading sun. >Day 7: Departure to Naxos After breakfast, feel free to enjoy a final stroll around the grounds before we drive to Santorini’s port, get on board and travel to Naxos. >Day 8: Naxos - Southern Route Your guides will meet you at Naxos port and transfer you to your hotel built according to the traditional Cycladic architecture in complete harmony with the environment. Toast your arrival with a traditional Citron of Naxos liqueur during your bike fitting, safety talk and map review. We are riding around the most famous beaches on Naxos Agios Prokopios, Agia Anna, Plaka, Orkos, Micri Vigla to Kastraki where we start our ascent to Sangri and the Temple of Dimitra. After paying our respects to the temple we are cycling to meet the art of pottery and making olive oil at the picturesque village of Damalas. Next to Damalas we reach the island’s center, Halki. Halki is a small, but unique large-village. It distinguishes for the old mansions with the tiles, the classic balconies with beautiful rails, festoons in the roofs and paved with slabs courtyards. Inside and around the village there are many ancient ruins, Byzantine churches full of frescoes and high Venetian towers. In Halki we visit the distillery “Vallindra”, and taste an exceptional drink, the citron, from distillation of leaves of citrons. Chef Vito Tinella creates different dishes every day using local products mixed with Italian cooking. After lunch, we ride our bikes back to Naxos but not before we buy a jar of handmade jam. >Day 9: Naxos – Central Route After breakfast, we ride again to Halki the center village of the island. We pass through Melanes one of the more ancient settlement of Naxos. We will find the Kouros of Melanes, a piece of work of the 6th century B.C. and see the Tower of Jesuit a medieval building that is dated roughly in 1680 A.C and perhaps the most important building of Middle Ages not only in Greece but also in Mediterranean. Next stop Moni. Situated up to a green ridge of mountainous (central) Naxos and namely in altitude 500m. The natural position is so much wisely chosen and harmonic to an environment full of olives, vineyards, fruiterer trees, gardens with green vegetables and tomatoes and gardens with mellows and water mellows, that constitutes, admittedly, one of the most beautiful naturally “balcony” to Aegean Sea. We pay a visit to Church Drosiani where the miraculous icon of Virgin Mary of Drosonis is kept and have have a taste of local delicacies and wines at the village’s central square. Have a Greek coffee and ride your bikes to Koronos famous for its emery mines and cable railway from an era that Naxos was exporting emery to Europe. We cycle back to Apeiranthos, and spend some time to explore the village of five museums Archeological, Folk art, Geological, Natural History, visual arts. An easy ride will bring us to Iria and the Temple of Dionysus a A sacred place in the center of the Aegean with uninterrupted life and function from the 14th century BC to this day. Cradle of the Ionic order of Greek monumental architecture. A short ride will bring us to Naxos and our accommodation. OVERVIEW

Rhodes is the largest island of the Dodecanese and the fourth largest in Greece. The terrain is mainly mountainous, the highest mountain is Ataviros at almost the center of the island. Olive trees, vines and other fruit producing trees are cultivated all over the island. There is hardly a day without sun, the sunlight makes the island’s wine exquisite and gives the ibiscus (flower-symbol of Rhodes) their special, vivid red color. The combination of sun, beautiful nature, clean sea waters, exceptional archaeological and historical monuments, modern tourist infrastructures and relaxed life style are some the reasons that made Rhodes one of the most renown vacation spots in the world attracting thousands of holidaymakers year after year.


I T I N E R A R Y > Day 1: Rhodes the medieval city Your guides will meet you at Rhodes and transfer you to your Dodecanese accommodation Toast your arrival with a traditional wine during your bike fitting, safety talk and map review. During the 14th and 15th centuries the Knights of the Order of St. John extended the Byzantine city and reinforced its fortifications creating the medieval town of Rhodes. The Old Town, as the locals call it, is today one of the best preserved fortified medieval towns and has been listed by UNESCO and a world cultural heritage monument. > Day 2: Ancient Kamiros (100 km) After our delicious breakfast our first bike tour will take place. Sea side flat road easy cycling, crossing villages like Ialisos ,Kremasti, Paradisi, Theologos, Soroni, Fanes, Kalavarda, Mandriko, Kamiros Skala. There is a brake for a traditional Greek coffee, snacks and sort visit of ancient Kamiros archeological area. We will return to


our accommodation. After relaxing at the hotels swimming pool, enjoying the view, we will regroup for dinner and eat the chef’s specialty made daily. > Day 3: Profitis Ilias (110 km) This morning after taking breakfast we will head for our bike tour. Easy cycling for the first 30 km, mainly because after Soroni village we start climbing till the top of Profitis Ilias mountain through one of the biggest pine tree forests of the island. On the top we take a break enjoying the hospitality of a recently renewed small hotel, Elafos, for coffee and snacks before we start our downhill course that will take us back to our base. > Day 4: Free Day Enjoy the islands famous beaches, relax and regain your strength for the rest of the trip. Meal: Breakfast / Dinner Destinations visited: Distance cycled: No cycling today

> Day 5: Butterfly valley (80km) After taking breakfast we head with our bikes to the world famous Butterfly valley. After 12 km of flat cycling we continue in mountain roads so as to climb the mountain roads, around Butterfly valley. We will be crossing Kremasti, Pastida, Maritsa, Kalamonas finally we shall visit the famous valley and depending on the period we can see the special kind of butterflies that exist there from mid May till mid September. Relax at the hotel for the rest of the day or explore Rhodes by night if you wish. Meal: Breakfast / Dinner Destinations visited: Butterfly valley Distance cycled: 80 km

> Day 6: Filerimos tour (90 km) After breakfast, feel free to enjoy a final long route around the grounds. 25km of easy cycling are enough for our warm up. After we arrive at Kolimpia and turn right for Epta pigies, Agios Nektarios (fresh water from springs) and Arhipolis we ascent to Psinthos where we make a break to catch our breaths and to admire the view from a spot named Panorama (you can see all of the butterfly valley and the blue Aegean sea till Simi island and Turkey’s south coasts. After our break we cross Maritsa village in order to arrive in Filerimos mountain (Natura area) and after a 4 km strong climbing route we arrive at the Acropolis of Ialisos. A really interesting day. > Day 7: City of Rhodes Bike tour After breakfast we will start our city tour, visiting all the important sightseeing monuments. Meal: Breakfast / Dinner Destinations visited: City of Rhodes Distance Cycle: Relaxing/recovery cycling
