THE WAITING GAME
Playing Right
Have you ever played the waiting game? I’m sure you have at one time or the other. Most of us in the corporate world play it at the canteen, at the meeting room, the reception area, but the worst of places to play it as a business person is in Lagos mainland and third mainland bridge traffic. his piece is intended to show you an excellent way to play the game. It can be quite fun when you know how to play it because you can make a hero of yourself from playing it. It can be a source for many wonderful outcomes. There are many great players of the game in our time but there are also an awful lot of terrible players. The firsts among them are usually are the younger ones. They have to wait years to get into the university and if they are unlucky to be of a poor background and wanting to go abroad, they wait a lifetime, not getting any form of education, any form of vocation and every single day draws them closer to going abroad. Waiting ten years and abroad is still a long way off: an email from a school offering them admission, the letter or call from an old friend who now lives in America, the uncle who just returned from abroad who asked what he wants to do and promised to help, are all clocks that keep ticking, the journey and dream started at fourteen, now he is thirty five and nothing has changed. Should We Be Friends With Our Ex ‘es’?

F
irst a disclaimer: I am not saying you can’t be friends with any exes. Some people are perfect capable of being ‘buddies’ with their past loves, particularly if their break-ups were mutual, the relationship was more platonic than passionate, or if they jointly outgrew each other. Infact I am friends with few exes. ‘Hehehehehe’ You are laughing at my confessions while you are happily keeping yours intact. Reflect today: Those exes that I cannot be friends with are the ones who broke my heart. And too often, they are the only exes that I actually want to be friends with. In most Nigerian or African relationship break-ups, if the cause is not a mutual one and a quarrel ensued, all sorts of not too-complimentary words are exchanged including deadly curses. In some relationships, when a once-good relationship is ending, it’s not uncommon for one of the two people involved to suggest the ‘let’s be friends’ line. Though it sounds good at the time, being friends immediately after breaking up usually isn’t a wise idea according to relationship experts. So, I am writing, with inputs from PsychologyToday, Huffingtonpost and YourTango. . It doesn’t allow you to move on According to a recent YourTango.com poll, 71 percent of people surveyed admitted that they thought about their ex ‘too much’ - and more than 57 percent of singles said that ‘thinking about their ex prevents them finding new love.’
bound to see and do things that you wouldn’t do if you were just friends. When you stay friends with your ex, there will always be a part of you that yearns and aches for him/her. By remaining friends, you will never fully allow yourself to move on and find someone new. This will hold you back from dating, and it will definitely hinder your ability to find love again. You need some time to work through the feelings of a break up: A big, looming question after the breakup seems to be, ‘Can we still be friends?’ Unfortunately the answer is probably no. There are several reasons for this, but first and foremost is that even after the most amicable breakup, the people involved need some time so they can work through their feelings and sift through the ruins of the relationship. Even if it was not an emotional high-wire act, as many breakups are, there needs to be time apart to break the bond of ‘the couple.’ Most people cannot remain friends after a breakup, but if it ever is to be, it will be later much later. The atmosphere immediately following a breakup is too emotionally charged for it to happen right away, if at all. A US ex couple tried to be friends post split and were going to dinner almost every day then one day the dinner turned into a shouting incident: If you’re going to be friends ever the first eight months is probably not the time, no matter how amicable it seems on the surface. The person who pushes to be friends is usually the one who has unfinished business but doesn’t want to own that or doesn’t want the responsibility of the relationship, but is unwilling to completely relinquish the ex. That is a selfish motive and not fair to the other person. Do your work and let the other person do their work and heal. It is not fair to string someone along as a ‘friend’ because you can’t deal with the pain of having them out of your life completely. If you’re the one who is asking to be friends, examine your motives. Are you trying to avoid your grief? Are you playing a game? Are you unwilling to really break all ties but don’t want the relationship either? Do you want benefits without responsibility? Do you want to hurt someone else because you don’t want to be in a relationship but you don’t want to let go completely either? If so, that’s dysfunctional and wrong. Just a few weeks ago, you two were telling each other everything under the sun. Your personal problems, your emotions, and your thoughts. However, being just friends may make you feel as though you have to limit what information you now share with
each other. This makes for a tough friendship. • Its emotional torture So, you two decide to hang-out and go to dinner together just as friends. You’re having a good time, laughing and smiling, and suddenly your feelings for him come rushing back. You want to hug him, kiss him, touch him, but you can’t, because you’re just friends. That is just pure emotional torture. •It creates false hope Even if you don’t want to admit it, there is always going to be a sense of false hope, if you stay friends with your ex. That false hope is either going to impact you, him, or both of you. It’s likely that one of you secretly hopes that by staying friends, you can eventually start to date again and things will get back to how they were. •You’re taking a step back When you’re dating someone, you’re bound to see and do things that you wouldn’t do if you were just friends. You’ve seen each other unclothed, done some crazy things in bed, and you’ve learned things that you otherwise wouldn’t know if you were strictly friends from the get-go. These past experiences can make being just friends extremely complicated.
py and allow you to heal and move on. • You’re the perfect hook-up target Ex sex is easy, it’s convenient, it’s comfortable, and it’s something you know. However, it is not healthy or ideal. If you two start hooking up here and there, not only are you crossing the boundaries for being just friends, but you complicate the entire situation, and before you know it, you may be back into the circle of dating, breaking up, and becoming friends. •You may ruin the chances of future friendship Nothing says that you two can’t be friends in the long run, once you two have moved on and gotten over each other as well as the hurt from breaking up. By becoming friends right after breaking up, you may ruin your chances of having a solid friendship in the future. It’s best to wait and let the dust settle before jumping into a friendship.
CONCLUSION If your ex is asking you to be friends, don’t let him or her manipulate or guilt you into it. Your healing is what matters, not impressing your ex with your ability to be okay with the friends thing. It’s okay if you don’t want to be friends. It’s more than okay, it’s healthy. So, if you’re the person •It’s awkward for your families You met his mom, she loved you. Your dad who is being asked, say no. Short and sweet. Pure and simple. became really good friends with your ex. By becoming just friends, your families are also put into an odd position. No is a one-word sentence. Say it questions. and then go. No further explanation neces•You can’t really start fresh Going from a couple to just friends doesn’t sary. Again, being friends with your ex can allow for a fresh start. Instead, there’s sure be a minefield. Don’t try to cross it in the to be plenty of mixed signals. You’re used early stages of the breakup. to calling each other pet names and all of The early stage is about you taking care of you. You need time and space to heal. Be your inside jokes are still alive and well. You two are bound to act like you did when good to you and the healing will happen. Love always, you were a couple, even though you’re Funke no longer dating. The situation becomes outright confusing. • It’s unhealthy You’ve both been hurt by the relationship ending, and even as friends, you’re probably still going to be hurting. The longer you two are hanging out and seeing each other, the longer the hurt is going to be there. This is why it’s best to break things off completely, and instead invest yourself in people and activities that make you hap-

Know the Ebola Facts:
BE AGGRESSIVE AND ABOVE ALL DO NOT PANIC.
W
It all seemed like one of those sporadic cases that we hear over the news that happens in our neighboring country that will blow over in a few days. Then it became our reality when a victim, a Liberian travelling into Nigeria for a meeting named Mr. Patrick Sawyer, died of Ebola hemorrhagic disease right here on our very soil. I think that was the wakeup call for everyone.
e all watched the news as the disease started in Guinea, then it hit Sierra Leone, then Liberia and now us. The U.N. health agency described it as the worst outbreak in the four-decade history of tracking the disease. According to the WHO, 1900 people have been infected with the Ebola virus and over 1000 have died in West Africa so far this year. It’s time to act and it’s time to act fast.
• The Ebola epidemic was first recognized in 1976 in Zaire, at a place near the Ebola river • It is caused by the Ebola virus – Viruses are not new but cause diseases that we are familiar with such as the common cold, measles, hepatitis, and HIV • All viruses have no cure but there are treatments that are given – Treatment is given is to manage the symptoms and or the complications that may arise in the body due to the infection. Ultimately, the body will develop antibodies over time to fight off the viruses; if this happens in time, the sick may recover completely • After infecting anyone, it takes 2 to 21 days to develop symptoms (the incubation period) • A person is infectious only when he is symptomatic • The symptoms of Ebola are similar to those of malaria hence the challenge for loved ones, neighbors and even health workers – fever, headache, flu-like symptoms, muscle ache , weakness (very intense) are early symptoms. Others are vomiting, diarrhea, and bleeding from virtually any site on the body (this may not occur in all patients) • It is transmitted mainly through close physical contact (with body fluids of the infected). The main thing to remember is that getting infected requires coming in contact with body fluids such as blood, vomitus, faeces (because of diarrhea). By contact, we mean this fluids must be swallowed (directly or indirectly) or must be taken into the body through broken skin or mucous membranes (of the eyes, nose, etc). Other body fluids (e.g. urine, saliva, semen) also carry the virus • Transmission has also been found to occur often from handling of corpses of people who died of the disease • Ebola can be treated. Supportive treatment is given and this has been found to significantly increase the chance of survival, especially when started early.
Dr. Julz
Panic and Fear are our worse enemies right now: I got so frustrated during the “salt in water and bitter kola” fallacy and people lying about possible cures. Even some pastors claim to have the divine prayer to heal victims of Ebola. “GOD HELPS THOSE WHO HELP THEMSELVES”. This is not the time to cash in on people’s ignorance. “Perhaps one of the
most important factors contributing to this is fear and misinformation,” said Dr. Keiji Fukuda, assistant director for health security. I agree with him. “This is critical to understand, because what it is doing is that it helps foster suspicion and anxiety in communities, and when that happens we see a situation where people are reluctant to go to health facilities or maybe reluctant to bring their family
Thus situation couldn’t have been put perfectly. His excellence, Governor of Lagos state, Bar. BabatundeRajiFashola said on the recently concluded Emergency meeting with the council of healthcare Executives and I quote: “This is a war against the health sector of Nigeria and our theme should be to act aggressively and fearlessly. This is not the time to panic”. He also mentioned a very important aspect of the Ebola development and it is the fact that all the cases that have developed in Nigeria can all be traced to Mr. Patrick Sawyer and this is a very good thing. It means our control tracking system is working and all we have to do is be vigilant, know the symptoms, report early, minimize contact as much as possible, equip our boarder forces with the training and tools to screening all entries and finally, and I say this passionately, carry our religious and traditional community along. Now to beat thing menace we have to know the facts: EXQUISITE MAGAZINE

members there. And it underscores the importance of communities being aware and understanding, but we also see that fear impacts other countries.” Though infectious, Ebola “is not mysterious” and can be contained, Fukuda said. Take the time to equip yourselves with the knowledge and don’t fall victim to false information. The price of this might be costly.
Prevention: 1. Wash Your Handswith Soap. Do this a lot. You canalso use a good handsanitizer. 2. Avoidunnecessary contact! 3. No Bush Meat &Suya.Bush meat may becarrying the virus.Better to restrict yourself to food you prepared yourself. 4. Disinfect Your Surroundings 5. The virus cannotsurvive disinfectants, heat, direct sunlight, detergents and soaps. The picture above shows a simple make shift sanitizer you can carry on your person. You can also put diluted bleach in a canister and spray on surfaces at home to disinfect them. 6. Clean up:Fumigate if you have Pests.Rodents can be carriers of Ebola disease. 7. Dispose of the carcasses properly!Don’t Touch Carcasses. Dead bodies can stilltransmit Ebola. Don’t touch them withoutprotective gear or avoidthem altogether. All dead bodies without a death certificate most be certified as Ebola free by the Ebola committee (contact: 08055329229; send sms if line is busy). 8. Protect Yourself:Use protective gear if youmust care or go nearsomeone you suspect hasEbola.
9. Report any suspicioussymptoms in yourself oranyone else IMMEDIATELYyou notice them. Don’t delay!!”The federal government has approved life insurance policies for all those who take care of Ebola virus patients involved in (tracking those who came in contact with Ebola),” Chukwu said. 10. Doctors should never refer a suspicious case because the patient will shed the virus on everything it touches, the taxi, at home etc. Call the Ebola Alert line, 0800EBOLAHELP or 0800326524357 (Yes the number is more than the usual 11 set of numbers. It is correct) and the trained personals will come get the patient and disinfect the surroundings. 11. Educate Everyone:Tell your neighbors, colleagues and domesticstaff. You’re safer wheneveryone is educated aboutEbola. Remember Ebola is not a death sentence. We can beat this thing. It takes Advocacy, education, care and concern. It’s been said that everyone has goals, whether we know it or not. We have goals to keep our current job, or to get a different one. We have goals to save for the future, or to travel, take a vacation, or purchase the things we need and want to make our lives more enjoyable. An important distinction, however, is that top achievers are very intentional and focused on their goals, while many of the rest of us are not.
T
op achievers know that the wording, structure, timing and format of a goal can make it’s achievement much easier – or far more difficult. Top achievers understand the basic skills for setting and reaching their goals, every time! They know how to design goals that create success. Here are the 10 most important steps to set and achieve your goals: . Reachable goals are SPECIFIC. Top achievers know that to reach their goals, the brain must know exactly, precisely, what they are trying to accomplish. Never word a goal with vague terms like “some” or “a little bit”, or “more”. Be specific! If you want to lose 8 pounds and reach a weight of 175, specify those exact numbers. If you want to save N200,000 this month, be exact. Your brain can help you accomplish almost anything if it knows precisely what you are aiming for.

. Reachable goals are SIMPLE.
Many people describe their goals in complex terms of retiring on the beach in Hawaii, with nice cars and lots of money, and…. Their list goes on and on. Any ONE of those things is a great goal, but the combination becomes overwhelming and the brain gets confused. If you want to retire in Hawaii, just say so! If you want to increase your sales by 10% this month, say so! Keep your goals simple, clear, and focused. . Reachable goals are SIGNIFICANT. No one can muster the enthusiasm, hard
High achievers know that the best goals accomplish many great outcomes, all at one time. High achievers always know precisely what they want, because they’ve written it down. Often, they write a short description of their goals every single morning, as a personal reminder of their priorities and their objectives. The reality of it all is this; you have to eat right and exercise consistently. I hate to break it to y’all but there are no shortcuts to getting fit and in shape. When people say to me that they can’t give up certain foods that is clearly not helping their situation, it really surprises me because most of these people are logical and well exposed. If you know you have to do certain things to get a specific result and are sure of what the outcome will be, why not just do it? In all my years in fitness and wellness, I’ve come to realise that the overwhelming feeling of exhaustion and anxiety is translated as a negative feeling. It does not feel good and to say the least, uncomfortable. But my theory is this; you’ve got to look at this as starting a whole new lifestyle, a long, slow distance that ultimately saves your life. It took you are while to get to where you are now, so it’s gonna take some time to get back in shape. That is simply the anatomical design of things. Eating right and exercising comes down to choice. Choose to eat right, choose to exercise daily and renew your commitment on a daily basis to what you want and you will get the results you are looking for. It’s the same thing you’ve done most of your life, study hard, go to college, graduate, get your dream job and be happy. It’s a same principle. The saying “No pain, No gain” means exactly that, if there’s no pain, you’ll gain nothing.

EMReality Check
Life After Breast Cancer … - Abigail’s story Where do I start? Perhaps I will start with what prompted me to write. Strangely it isn’t the fact that I had breast cancer and wanted to make some significant impact on the world. I just needed an outlet to pour out my frustrations with where I find myself. Some would call me a cancer victim… in some ways I am, every time I move and feel the pain of my new mastectomy wounds, and look at my chest to where my once small albeit perky breasts were…. I feel really pissed at life, pissed at God and generally pissed with anyone who has some boobs of any size. Hell, I m even pissed at my sons, who at least have nipples!! Oops I’ve digressed haven’t I? Let me go back to what prompted me to write…
I woke up early that Tuesday morning, so confident of my routine mammogram… I went off to see my Gynecologist who gave me the all clear and had a few hours free before the mammogram appointment later in the afternoon so I went online to book my hotel room for my overnight transit on Friday. So confident was I that I booked a room at the Hilton hotel at Paris Charles de Gaulle airport, knowing that it was non refundable, non modifiable, in essence totally useless if I didn’t show up !! But I was going to show up, it was a routine mammogram… little did I know how wrong I was….

She recommended a biopsy and she could arrange it If I wanted, The other day after my shower, Imagine how it and since I was travelling in two days she could, felt to be able to have a shower after only being (if my doctor gave all the necessary approvals allowed to wash the bottom bits… don’t get me and processed ) do the biopsy immediately… of wrong I’m really glad that I was able to wash Got to the hospital , had a coffee whilst waiting, course I said yes… my bottom bits myself, even thought in the hos- but for some reason I was nervous this time….. pital the nurse held the shower bit and I held We started the mammogram and this time the I was ushered out of the room to sit in the what was left of my dignity as I scrubbed every radiographer was asking lots of questions. The gel is pain that would come and which would herald things… NEVER warm…its usually really cold. Maybe the beginning of a journey of a lifetime. KO: There were a lot of challenges. In 2003
we put up an advertisement to recruit staffs, we had to close the advert after 24hours because we were getting thousands of email responses and finding the right kind of resources was very challenging and we took it upon ourselves and part of our strategy was to get staffs and train them in Nigeria rather than overseas and that was our biggest challenge.
EM: What motivates you? KO: Well I think what motivates me is the

desire to actually see change happen “I am called the change exploit in the UK”.And change is a constant thing in everybody’s life, whether we like it or not, change is going to happen. However un-directed change can be repressive, you can have a repressive change rather than progressive and what motivates me most is progressive change that can actually impact people’s life’s.
EM: What is your typical day like? KO: Depends on where I am, if am in

So a of that I am moving back to Nigeria. We plan to bring typical day in Nigeria will be like that.Typical day our business here which is some level of consultancy in the UK will be more of managing consultation but more importantly using educational tools to imwork, writing a lot of documents and developing new prove the level of education in Nigeria. business process and generally spending time with my EM: How long have you been in this business? family later in the evening. KO: Well we’ve been involved in some methodology EM: Five years from now, where do you see this of education and since I started my consultancy way online application learning aid for students? back in 1997, we’ve been doing project management KO: First I need to shed more light on this learning trainings and in fact our first company was called tools. We have developed a software\swift of software “Project Life Cycle Training where we have been broadly called PHECHEMBA and under that we training companies in the UK on how to successfully have what we call the M curriculum, what we’ve done implement projects, because there was a whole history is to take the whole of UK curriculum which include of failing projects in the UK and so we helped to put Maths, Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English and together some methods that could help companies under PHECHEMBA, we’ve taken all of these and manage projects effectively well. We then moved to broken them down into an online interactive educaNigeria looking at potentially doing some trainings tional learning resource and teaching resource tool, so here before we identified there was a significant issue for those subjects basically replace the students exercise around training in the education. books or textbooks and we extended that curriculum
excites me because, all of a sudden student’s are not faced with a static textbooks that has just got one pictures or a whole lots of textbooks to use or that they cant interact with, now they’ve got a tool they can drag, move and stop.they can see how experiments work because they have been practising with the tool. They can replay the video over and over again if they need to memorise something. They’ve got elements on it they can interact with to see how it works. If you look at mathematics they are changing numbers, they can see what impact in has on a graph ,an angle ,and if they are working on a triangle or doing trigonometry or you have someone explaining the history of Pythagoras theory or algebra, which a lot of student find complex and even the word Algebra makes students panic and makes them say “oh my God this is scary”. Looking at Biology, this tool makes them see how chemicals interact with one another or when looking at chemistry it makes them see how molecules interact with one another, student’s find this really engaging. Another exciting thing is that once they have the tool on any sort of tablets or computer they can download the content relevant to them, they don’t have to be online always the tool can work even when they are off-line, they can work whether they are in the car, at home or anywhere, as long as they have some kind of tablets or smart phone they have access to their teacher anywhere they want. EM: What’s the benefits of this tool? KO: There are three groups of people that has instant
benefits to this application. One is the students can quickly acquire international standards of knowledge because the curriculum meets the international standards. Students can take exams from any of these countries including Nigeria and be successful, in addition, schools can grade the standard of their children and they can actually say we are teaching international standard. This tool also lets the teacher see the students who got the class activity right or wrong and can actually focus their attention on the area where the child has been weak in. The teacher can use this same tool to assign homework, when the students gets home they can log on to their school portal and instantly see EM: Which companies have you trained in to cover Finland, Canada, U.S. and we compared that that their teacher has given them homework. atience has never been one of my strong points! I used to struggle with sitting in waiting rooms or receptions waiting to have a meeting or see someone. I would get annoyed when I had to wait over one hour for a meeting that would last for 10 minutes, until I realized that the annoyance wasn’t going to make things easy. Then I decided to go everywhere with a book or a magazine which helped me occupy myself and get some self-development till I was attended to. Nude Lipstick – Trend Alert
By Lola Oj
This trend is one of my favourites as I practically wear a nude lipstick every day! When we refer to nude lipstick, we don’t mean one that has to be plain old beige! Nudes come in a wide variety of colours and in different finishes. To me, a nude lipstick is one that closely resembles the colour of your skin tone, so it’s good to know your skin tone and its undertones.
M
y nude lipstick collection consists mostly of matte nude lipsticks from MAC, Bobbi Brown and a few from Tom Ford. I tend to couple my nude lipsticks with similar toned MAC lip liners; when I feel like switching it up I add a drop of lip gloss in the centre of my lips for a more reflective shine. What makes nude lipstick so ideal? Personally I am obsessed with nude lipstick because of the look and feel it gives me, it gives your make up a more subtle and natural look, in comparison to a more pigmented colour. I love all colours of lipstick including not so common shades such as grey, blacks and metalics but I honestly couldn’t do without my collection of nude lipsticks
Because I wear make up almost daily, I like the natural look a nude lip gives me, I call it ‘the naturally pretty’ make up look lol ironic I know! I am very happy to see more ladies attempting a nude lip, many woman have expressed to me that they were at first skeptical about nude lipstick (especially matte) because they felt it would make them look dull, pasty and bland. Well, we thank God that there are many shades to choose from to suit every skin tone When done badly, a nude lip can wash out your features – this is a no no! If you want to know how to wear nude lipsticks correctly, it’s all about choosing the right colours and finishes.
Below are a few tips to help you get it right:
1.
2.
Exfoliate
Prime your lips
A nude lipstick looks effortless when presented on a smooth base. No one likes to see a hard flaky lip as a nude colour will just magnify this. Create a smooth lip by exfoliating beforehand. If you don’t have a lip scrub, improvise with some Vaseline and a dry toothbrush. Remember to apply balm afterwards to keep lips moisturised.
Enjoy! Please do tweet and tag us on your nude lipstick pics! EXQUISITE MAGAZINE

Exfoliate Choosing the right colour can make all the difference when it comes to wearing nude lipstick. As a general guide pale skin tones should stick to soft pink and peach shades, dark skin tones are better suited to chocolate tones, and those with yellow undertones should opt for beiges like caramel and latte. If you’ve got olive skin you can generally get away with most nude colours – lucky for some lol.
Now that you have a smooth base you want something that will allow your nude colour to stick easily. Dab on some lip primer then a thin coat of foundation to give your lipstick a base to grip to. Then, line your lips with a colour that matches your skin tone
4.
The right finish Stop your nude lipstick from falling flat by choosing the right kind of finish. I mostly use a complete matte finish although I would suggest lipstick with a semi matte or glossy finish as a full matte finish needs to be undertaken with caution. Avoid frosty/ glittery finishes please!

Petit Paris Review
e all know Lekki Phase 1 is now a country on its own, lol. its the only estate I know so far that has eveeything in it, hence me calling it a country. It has schools, restaurants, bars, an embassy and so on. Dont worry, this post is not about Lekki phase 1 but the perfect spot I found in Lekki phase 1 amongst many. It is called Petit Paris (Little Paris), it is a restaurant, cafe, patisserie and a bar. it is a Parisian cafe, they bring you the best of Paris to Lagos. Before we talk about the food, I just wanna point out that the decor is absolutely stunning. Everything is beautiful, from the entrance, to the restaurant, to the bar outside. The spot was so cute and cool, you will forget you are in Lekki phase 1. The interior decorator maximized the space, gave it character and it silently whispers; I am classy, sexy, cool. My lunch date and I were given a 3 course
meal. We had the Seafood Pasta, Combo Platter, Grilled Tilapia Fish, Petit Paris Fried Rice and Creme Brule as dessert. The Seafood pasta was the best meal, it had calamari, king prawns, small prawns (you know I love prawns) all mixed with pink sauce. This meal did it for me, it is not a boring meal at all, the pasta was cooked right and the sauce, oh Lord, dont get me started. It was delicious, it felt like happiness. You know that feeling you get when you kiss somebody you like for the first time. Wow, yes, I was happy eating that meal, I kept on savouring the moment. The Combo platter came with what I havent seen done before, it had; grilled prawns, meatballs, chips, fish balls and spring rolls with chilli sauce. The fish ball was new to me to be honest but I enjoyed the whole platter. Everything had a delicious lasting taste in my mouth. I can still remember what it taste like and the combo was awesome. Me I love fried rice, so there is nothing bad
I can say about any fried rice (forgive me), lol. The fried rice was delicious too. I am not a big fan of Tilapia fish but from my lunch dates’ s opinion, it was delicious. Apart from the seafood pasta, the fish was her second favourite meal that day. The dessert; Creme Brule was like powerpuff girls; sugar, spice and everything nice, lol. Hope you guys are familiar with the cartoon powerpuff girls. it was sweet and perfect. Word on the street is, they make the best Creme Brule in town. Like I always say, dont take my word for it, go down and try them out yourselves. You can have your parties there, product launch, sunday chilling after church and so on. The possibilities of what you can do there are endless. Food is great, fabulous ambiance and beautiful people. They earn cool points for having an electronic menu and wifi for its customers.
