Conclusions This proposal allows for the removal of an eyesore which has blighted the landscape between DunLaoghaire and Sandycove for many years By its nature, the proposal is consistent with the eventual redevelopment of the Baths Site to provide more elaborate facilities as and when Council’s finances permit
