• Please be aware that your event ticket will NOT be mailed to you. You must pick up your ticket and name badge prior to the start of the event. The Ardyss International registration desk will be open for badge pick-up as follows: • November 12, 2010, 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM • November 13, 2010, 8:00 AM - 10:30 AM • If you purchase a ticket, but are not able to attend the event, and/or would like to delegate another person to attend on your behalf, please make these changes to your ticket through your back office no later than November 2, 2010. Ardyss International Event Ticket Refund Policy: All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued for any event ticket after it has been purchased.
