By using Biro Lux you reduce purchasing costs, save time, pay only for the consumed stock, have lower inventory holding costs, and optimize your cash flow. Biro Lux is the right solution for any company that wants to focus on their business without having to worry about unexpectedly running out of the supplies needed for daily operation.

Together with the customer, we determine the products they regularly purchase.

BASIC IDEA

We deliver the stock needed for 1-2 months. The customer tracks inventory monthly or simultaneously, i.e. whenever their stock changes. An invoice is sent and stock replenished. The supplies needed are always in stock (never run out). Products selection is optimized.

ADVANTAGES

The purchasing costs are reduced. Time is saved on ordering products. The customer can look at inventory history at any given moment and check stock consumption for a specific time period.

INVENTORY/ SETTINGS

EVEN MORE ADVANTAGES

Advanced settings may be enabled, such as stock consumption by individual cost centres or scanning QR codes with smart devices. If the customer enables the simultaneous inventory tracking option, they can organize the cost centres on their own and set limits on stock consumption for each cost centre. The customer only pays for what they use up, not what they have in stock.

Through the sponsorship, we encourage the love for sports and teach the youth discipline and work ethic; all of which will help them achieve their life goals. Football club Ilirija 1911 was founded in 1911 in Ljubljana and is the oldest Slovene football club. It boasts excellent organization and a long-lasting tradition. The club raises quality players in all age groups thanks to its organization and work methods. This way, the club makes a substantial contribution toward the development of youth in its local area. It directly influences the members’ physical and mental well-being, their socialization and work ethic, and it also protects them from the negative influences the adolescence might bring. The U-19 and U-17 teams have been promoted to 1. SNL, the top Slovene football league of their respective age groups, and have helped motivate the younger players. The club’s approach to working with the youth is on the highest level, and the member numbers are increasing each year. Ilirija’s mission is to provide each football player with the best support possible, be it on a personal level or in sports. Each season around 270 football players train at the club, and we are proud to provide the children and youth with an opportunity to spend their free time in a healthy and active manner.
