I
was born in 1970 in The Netherlands, quite close to a USAF airbase. This is where my interest in photography sparked. Taking pictures of the military aircraft as a way of documenting what I saw and witnessed. It didn’t take long before I realized I could so much more with photography and I started shooting all kinds of things. Landscapes already being the major part of it. I followed some basic courses in photography, including developing my own films and printing them. Exciting times! Then the digital era kicked in and I was reluctant at first but enthusiastic soon after. I followed a few workshops with seasoned photographers and I saw my images improving. The leap forward happened during an organized photographic trip to the Norwegian Lofoten islands. This is where all things fell together. I found my signature and knew this is what I wanted to do for the rest of my life. Having a day job in IT doesn’t allow much time to pursue your dreams but I found a way to make it work. I’ve cut down my working hours by one day and I spend this day mostly on photography. I don’t shoot a lot but save up for the few trips I take each year. I have developed a distinct preference for remote and desolate parts of the world but I don’t shy away from more aparant locations as well. The challenge is to ignite your creativity and achieve an image that is different from the more obvious shots but still fulfilling. Over the years, I have started social media for sharing my work with the world. I maintain a dedicated Facebook-page for my photography and I also share my work on Instagram these days. Furthermore, I have a personal website which contains a selection of my work and where you can find the latest news on me. WEB:

eigh is an Art Photographer from New Zealand but lives in Germany now with her husband and their cat-dog. Introduced to black and white film photography at high school, she learnt the basics and went on to study Graphic Design at University. Over a decade later she returned to her first creative loves - portraiture and drawing, through digital photography and Photoshop. Self-taught over the past year, Leigh continues to develop her fascination for fantastical characters and crepuscular themes and her technique for conveying them. The work is often inspired by the subject themselves, nature, fantasy and the search for beauty. Leigh makes her own headdresses and most commonly do the hair, makeup and styling as well. This allows the final image to feel like a complete artwork, brought about just as she had in mind. She also loves the time spent in making things for shoots as much as the shoots and post-production. She loves to work with models and clients alike, turning them into a new version of themselves, something fantastical. The final works are designed to be one-off pieces - like a painting to display, rather than a large set of images to be tucked away in an album. The final images are curated carefully, painted upon and taken to the border of real and otherworldly. In her free time, you will likely find Leigh walking her impossibly small dog at the river, cold beer in hand and open skies above. WEB: Website:

ike Baker is an award-winning fine art photographer based out of Chicago, Illinois. His approach to photography can be best described as “Elevating the Ordinary.”
Mike takes what many would deem ‘ordinary subjects,’ makes them extraordinary as he searches for distinguishing patterns, shapes, light and shadow. As he deconstructs the visual components of his subject, Mike sees new contexts to capture. Travel, architecture and minimalism, design elements are some of Mike’s specialities. Mike’s photographic journey and development began while in the military. He bought his first 35mm camera while stationed in Berlin merely to document his travels there and throughout Europe. Since photography has become his passion; he now captures images in the digital format. His photographic development has further evolved via photo workshops, mentoring, judging competitions, entering in, and winning juried competitions in black and white imaging. He continues to travel globally for photographic adventures. Mike has work exhibited in art galleries, published in coffee table books, magazines, art shows, and has won awards in international competition. Mike’s work has been added to public & private collections and continues to create new work. WEB:

eter F.Wingerter is born 1969 in Landau/Pf. A town in the southwest of Germany.
As a teenager he always photographed with a Russian analogue SLR, he found his way to digital photography in 2009. He rediscovered his love for photography. Experiments with the Lensbaby - lenses are still part of it today. In 2010, the German photo magazine COLOR FOTO published a report about him and his black and white photo and in 2011 a small portrait series. 2012 followed his first exhibition “8 Sichtweisen” with seven other photographers in Cologne in the Galerie “Alte Feuerwache“. Further exhibitions followed in 2013 in Wuppertal with the theme “Streetphotografie” and in 2014 again in Cologne “Sichtweisen 2.0” Galerie “Alte Feuerwache”. Further exhibitions followed in 2016 near Trier with Andrea Richey with long exposures and in 2017 with the “Forum für Fotografie Mosel-Eifel” in the city of Wittlich. Since 2015, his main focus has been on landscape, architecture and long exposures. Today Peter F.Wingerter lives in the countryside between Cologne and Luxembourg. He follows his vision and idea, which he implements with creativity.

I have always enjoyed taking photos. Since digital photography, my interest has increased and for some years I have specialised in 2 topics of photography: portraits and long exposure photography. For long exposure Images I I use different ND filters and tripods. What fascinates me is that I can take pictures that I cannot see with the naked eye and in reality. The conversion of the pictures takes place to approx. 90% in black and white, approx. 10% I leave in colour. In the monochrome pictures, I focus on light FEM F EYE INE

and shadows, contrasts, structures, forms and lines, which then strengthen the composition. But to show my individual view. I’m not always interested in technology, but in feeling and my vision and passion. It is important for me to follow my idea, to follow my vision and to develop my visual language. I prefer long exposure photography because I can concentrate on one situation, but I enjoy the time because it takes me longer to finish a picture. For this I need preparation, and I don’t have the result immediately either. I’ll
have to wait for it. A very exciting kind of photography for me. A lot of the images have silence in it, and I like the silence in pictures. I find long exposures particularly peaceful, they often show a feeling of calm, serenity. The pictures often show a wide and an open horizon that leads to infinity. It is his way of holding time, not with a short moment, Awards: Winner Photo-contest in Bern/Town of Bern (Swiss) Honorable Mentions Fine Art Photography 2017 Honorable Mentions Monovision Awards 2017 Honorable Mentions Monochrome Awards 2017 Honorable Mentions ND Awards 2017 Honorable Mention Monovision Awards 2018

y name is Salem McBunny I am a conceptual photographer, I am 25 years old and I am from Mexico. I started at approximately 17 years old with my love for photography and over time the love for this wonderful art grew day by day. Many times I love to improvise and create something that comes from nothing because I feel it is a good exercise to keep the creativity exercised, I think that many wonderful photographs arise from the small details and things that sometimes we do not think we can do in the end can create wonders with it. On many other occasions I am deeper and work the concepts of my photography based on a story for the character, work the color theory, the costumes, the poses I want to achieve, the expression and as many things as possible with the purpose to get what I already have in my mind and be able to bring it to the visible reality before my eyes and that of others. I am passionate about working with the colour that is of the utmost importance in my photographs, the lights and shadows play a very important role, I believe that these two details can make a photograph transform into something totally different. My inspiration can arise at any time and often comes with a lot of ideas that are gradually clarifying so I can create what I have in mind, part of my time I like to spend it walking in places with lots of nature, I like Spending time listening to music and dancing these activities fill me with energy and clear my mind when I want to have a clearer idea or concept. My photographs usually happen anywhere, most of the time I usually do them in my room with a piece of black cloth that helps me as a background hung on the wall and a flashlight when it is night and I feel that I need to do and plasmas What’s in my mind, I spend part of my time creating costumes and make-up for my photographs since most are self-portraits and many times I’m also in charge of assembling things for the models I use in my photographs design and assemble headdresses depending on the concept I want to create. homas Bichler lives at the shores of Lake Constance in southern Germany, where he works as a commercial photographer and texter for tourism agencies. But his true passion is black and white photography. Since about 10 years, he blends classic nude art photography with LE-landscape photography. „I’m in love with landscapes of pure wilderness. I like huge mountains towering above lost valleys, where icy glaciers give birth to thundering waterfalls and sheer rocks rise from green forests.“ These unspoiled landscapes – which could originate from a J. R. R. Tolkien saga – are the frame of his work as an alpine nude art photographer. Thomas actual project is called „Horefelli“. This nearly forgotten alpine pasture in a hidden valley in the Swiss Alps is a substitution of a wide range of different places in the mountains of Europe, which he visits regularly between early summer and autumn. „I love being up there, braving the elements, taking photographs with and without models or just sit down on a rock and enjoy the scenery.“ Sometimes it takes hours and hours of hiking and climbing over rocky terrain, through rushing streams, and over slippery snow fields to get the right place at one of these powerful, impressive and sometimes intimidating masses of ice cold water, coming from high up the mountains. It’s like being as close to mother nature as possible. Not easy to work, impossible to communicate. That creates a very specific way of working together, sometimes just with a short eye contact and a deep understanding of each other’s work. 12 results from these hiking adventures can be seen in his actual calendar „Akt am Wasserfall 2019“.

I have shot this little tree in Lough Erne a few times. Each visit has been very different in terms of water levels and light. On this occasion the water was high enough to isolate the tree in the lough and the light was bright but relatively soft. I look forward to visiting again in the autumn when hopefully the early morning mists will add another dimension to the scene. Jim Graham FEM F EYE INE
