Throughout the weekend we not only thought about the role of a chairperson in an EYP session and a committee but we also had some time for selfreflection and most importantly fun and games. Planning a program for teambuilding and talking through different ways of committee work gave us many ideas and left us with the ingredients to lead a committee.

The training provided us with an endless list of great tips and tricks into becoming a good chairperson. Not only was it beneficial for the specific role at an EYP session – leading groups and understanding group dynamics are phenomena we will face later in life, too. Above all, though, we were all left with high spirits as we had yet again spent a fantastic EYP weekend with amazing people.
