European Youth Parliament Finland will organise its annual Regional Sessions for the sixth time in 2013. The sessions will take place in Kuopio, Turku, Tampere and Oulu in October and November. The Regional Sessions act as a preliminary round for the 20th National Session of EYP Finland, to be held in Vantaa in January 2014. Since 2008, the Regional Sessions of EYP Finland have been a gateway to the world of EYP for thousands of high school students in Finland. They have also gained a solid reputation as high-quality events among the international EYP community, as indicated by the high number of applications for officials’ posts in the recent years. With an unprecedented four sessions this year, we are offering a total of almost a hundred officials’ posts! EYP Finland now welcomes you all to apply for another round of Regional Sessions

How to get there? Regional Sessions on Facebook: The Helsinki–Vantaa International Airport has direct connections to dozens of locations all around Europe, and Tampere, Turku and Kuopio are easily reached from Helsinki by train or bus. The train trip from Helsinki to Oulu takes some time but is quite pleasant, and Oulu can also be reached by plane from Helsinki and Stockholm. Ryanair flies to Tampere from a variety of locations, and certain low-cost airliners fly to Turku. As officials are expected to arrive by noon on the Thursday before each session, it is rather likely that you need to arrive in Finland already on the Wednesday.
