Call for Officials 13th National Selection Conference Amsterdam 2013 Amsterdam2013 Dear EYP Alumni, 8-10 February After a successful International Session, it is my great pleasure to announce (Officials 7-10) the next exciting event in the Netherlands; our National Selection Conference. 2013 In February 2013, EYP The Netherlands will host its 13th National Selection Conference in Amsterdam. We are now looking for a Vice-President, Editors, Call open for Video Editors, Organisers, Chairpersons, Journalists, Organisers and JuVice President rors. Officials have a significant responsibility in the success of the session Chairpersons and we would be delighted if you were interested in playing a key role in Editors making the 13th Dutch National Selection Conference an unforgettable and Video-Editors successful event for everyone involved! Journalists Organisers A total of twelve delegations will take part in this year’s National Selection Jurors Conference, which will take place between 8-10 February 2012. The delegations have been selected at six Preliminary Sessions held all across the Deadline: country during three weekends throughout the winter. Participants will be 14-12-2012 divided into eight committees, consisting of approximately twelve dele23:59 CET gates each. The session will include all traditional EYP elements, including Teambuilding, Committee Work and General Assembly. There is no particiapplications@ pation fee for officials. However, travel costs to and from the session are at eyp.nl your own expense. Please note: Officials are expected to arrive before noon on Thursday the seventh of February. Departures may take place on Sunday the tenth of February from 20:00 onwards. The Head Organisers of the session are Florentine Oberman and Julie van der Post. The President of the session will be Victoria Wilkinson from Norway Applications can be sent to applications@eyp.nl until Friday the 14th of December, 23:59 CET. All applications will then be considered by the Board of EYP The Netherlands, in consultation with the Head Organisers and the President of the Session. All applicants will be informed individually of the outcome of their application once the selection is completed.
