Club Mobay opens from 6:00am through to 10:00pm. Club Kingston operates 4:00am – 9:00pm with consideration being offered in cases where flights are delayed or scheduled outside regular opening hours.

• Check your statement each month and query any transaction that you don’t recognize.
Adding Additional Cardholders Adding another person to your card is simple. Just complete the Additional Cardholder form and submit it to your nearest branch. Tip: You can earn more reward points quickly when multiple persons are spending on the same account. Detailed statements ensure that you can keep track of individual spending.
• Keep your PIN a secret - choose a PIN that you can remember but one that is not obvious, such as your date of birth. Do not write it on the card or anywhere else. • Never give out your card number via telephone unless you initiate the contact. • Always verify amounts on your receipts before adding your signature. • Do not share your passwords with anyone - note Sagicor Bank will never ask for your password. • To avoid occurrences of fraud when shopping online, only provide your card numbers on secure websites, usually identified by “https” URLs. An intact key or padlock at the bottom left corner of the webpage also indicates that the site uses security features. • Report suspicious merchant behaviour or if you think your card might have been compromised.
