Mission Statement Mission Statement
To promote the work of NGO’s and social enterprises across Australia via a national print and digital magazine, toward engaging greater investment and public participation in the social and environmental sectors.
With over 20,000 registered social enterprises in Australia, there are a lot of good people in Australia doing great things for our disadvantaged citizens and the environment.
Launching this April, The Elephant Magazine will tell the stories of the big things little people do across Australia.
Problem is, they generally do this on shoestring budgets with minimal resources, largely because most of their stories miss mainstream media and most Australians never hear about it. The Elephant Magazine goes beyond the industry journals and whitepapers with an energized magazine to public libraries, cafes, newsagents, universities and stakeholders.
