CONSULTANTS ALICIA E. KAUFMANN Alicia has a PhD in Sociology of Organizations and specialised at Yale University as a visiting professor with a Fulbright scholarship. Whilst on tenure at Alcala de Henares University, she published her first book on Organisations, and has since gone on to publish 28 more books, including the titles: Woman in Management and Life Cycle, Changing Female Identities and Women, Money and Power. Alicia has a wealth of teaching experience from around the world, including the Economic Faculty in Buenos Aires, the UBA in Barcelona, and 30 years as tenure Henares. She has also been a professor, teaching Master’s degree at the Instituto de Empresa in Sociology of Organizations at the University of Alcala de Madrid
FABIO D’APICE Fabio is an Executive Coach and Organisational Development Consultant, trained within the Tavistock tradition. He is the Executive Director of the International Society for the Psychoanalytic Study of Organisations (ISPSO), Director of Centro Coaching (UK and Gibraltar), and he works with public and private sector organisations with the application of Systemic and Psychoanalytic thinking.
