The modern riding position - higher rear sets, lower clip-ons - has dramatically altered how a rider interacts with the modern hypersport motorcycle. Compressed into an ever more compact shape, the rider’s head positioning requires increased angle to maintain visibility and stability. With this in mind, ICON® designed the AIRFRAME PRO TM. Concentrating on this singular design focus allowed us to realize opportunities to decrease drag and weight by sculpting the traditional neckline to avoid jacket or suit interference. Its aggressive geometry increases the line of sight while improving aerodynamic attitude in a fully-tucked riding posture. The dramatically reduced shell profile, comprised of aerospace-grade carbon fiber or FRP, features a track-recognized ECE certification. Precision assembly techniques further this dedication to mass reduction, allowing ICON® to craft a helmet that is exceptionally light and peerlessly outfitted. Internally, the traditional three-piece liner has been upgraded to a five-piece liner, providing a greater amount of fitment combinations for each unique head shape. Crown, lateral, fore and aft padding components allow for a possibility of 27 fitment combinations in a single shell, double that of the AIRFRAME PRO’s competitors. Both internally and externally, the ICON® AIRFRAME PRO is optimized for the Angle of Attack.

It’s a matter of survival. In an unforgiving maze of gravel–strewn corners and malevolent steel, a rider needs protection, vision and comfort. The call to arms has been answered. Introducing the ICON Variant™ helmet. The wind tunnel-refined shell, executed in a Fiberglass/Dyneema/Carbon matrix, forms a solid first line of defense. Internally, a dual-density EPS core provides critical Energy Management which reduces transmitted impact forces. Of course safety is best maintained by avoiding the crash altogether. To this end, the Variant features a reshaped eyeport which provides enhanced peripheral vision. The Variant’s™ unique visor system also contributes to improved vision. When properly designed, such as on the Variant™, the visor can help block bright sunlight while producing minimal lift characteristics. Couple this with our Fog-Free coating and it is obvious why the vision aspects of the Variant™ are superior. Another important method of increasing safety is to reduce rider fatigue. Excessive heat buildup can result in both discomfort and distraction. Neither is a good situation. The Variant’s™ extensive venting system works at all speeds, providing necessary airflow to the helmet interior. The airflow works in conjunction with the wicking Hydradry™ liner to effectively reduce heat buildup.

Instead of carrying extra PROSHIELD for changing light conditions, with the flip of a switch, engage the tinted DROPSHIELD hidden within the helmet. Tinted DROPSHIELDS should not be used during hours of low light; instead swap out for a yellow lens or just use the clear ICON PROSHIELD. The DROPSHIELD visor must only be used while the main face shield is in the fully closed position.

The RAIDEN DKR Jacket has been designed for hardcore dual sport riding by hardcore dual sport riders. The HYCOR waterproof /breathable construction is Dupont Teflon® coated with complete seam sealing. Vent zippers have been relocated to avoid moisture buildup but still provide maximum airflow. The main zipper features a gusset and a magnetic storm flap, and we’ve made the Thermolite® liner thicker, but with TechMesh® panels built in for more efficient core regulation and more athletic fit. The RAIDEN DKR Jacket’s HYCOR chassis provides all the waterproofness and crashability but with less fatigue during extended rides. Removal of excess snaps, zippers and pulls further decreases the weight of the garment and enables an enhanced fit.

HELMET FITMENT HELMET SIZING INFORMATION To achieve proper helmet fitment, begin by finding your head circumference size using the method described below. Remember that the helmet size you choose should fit around the crown of your head comfortably with no pressure points. The cheekpads should fit firmly around your face. Once your chin strap is fastened, grab the chin bar of the helmet and move it side to side. Your cheeks should move with the helmet, which should not slide across your face. HEAD MEASUREMENT INSTRUCTIONS Wrap a flexible tape measure around your head approximately one inch above the eyebrows and ears. Use this measurement (in either inches or centimeters) to find your helmet size in the chart below.

CHEST MEASUREMENT INSTRUCTIONS While standing with your arms relaxed at your side, wrap a flexible tape measure around your chest at its largest point. The tape measure should go through your armpit and stay parallel with the floor while taking the measurment.
SLEEVE MEASUREMENT INSTRUCTIONS While standing with your arms relaxed at your side, place one end of a flexible tape measure on your spine at the base of your neck. Measure over the top of your shoulder, down over the point of your elbow, and finish at the wrist bone.
