> DESIGN (Hybrid Media) Bankman is not a short film. Neither it is a video performance. It is a Cinematic Performance because it uses the action of Performance art and the filming of Cinematography.

> TITLE (Content) Based upon the philosophy of creating new terms by the structure of synthesis, I tried to combine Batman’s aesthetics and Packman’s end by creating Bankman –the human machine that the present political system around the world creates and destroys. Bankman is a disposable thing.

> STATEMENT (Element: Money) ‘’I chose as a mean of resistance to the problem, the problem itself: money. This action aims to deconstruct the nature of money, so as to remind ourselves the material of money that is paper. So, money is a paper with printed symbols that have been given excessive value. These papers therefore, are not worth more than the trees from which they are made of and mostly not worth more than the body who uses them: man. This symbolism is an open call to review our value system and put in priority what has a real value in life. The change must start from within us and be expanded in our everyday thoughts as well as in the way we face the facts. Big or small facts, whatever. This change is a personal matter. This change is what i call revolution.’’

‘’That’s a shame…’’. What exactly is a shame? By the creator’s point of view, It is a shame that the political system creates human-machines in order to maintain its function. It is a shame that money became the most powerful God. It is a shame that life has no value. It is a shame that people have no freedom to think, feel and be happy. It is shame when politicians lie.
