STYLE INSPIRATION
from HADAG MAGAZINE - ISSUE 19
by Fact ME
More than just a supermodel, David Gandy is an entrepreneur with a devotion to charity work. Here he shares his passions: men’s style, classic cars, his rescued dog Dora and the challenge of embarking on new projects.
Style
“As I understand it, style is an overall substance. It happens when someone has an eye for something. And not just in clothes. It’s in materials, colours, interiors, cars, watches and all forms of design.”
Cars
“What appeals to me isn’t about investment. What I think is: ‘I want that one. I want to renovate it and make sure it’s around for another sixty years.’”
Dogs
“I foster a lot for the Battersea Dogs and Cats Home non-profit organization. Dora came in for a couple of weeks and she never went back.”
Future
“I need to constantly challenge myself. The challenge is to confront the fear of the unknown – all the time. Whether a project works or not, there are no regrets.”
