This accommodation is some of the largest for a luxury hotel in Dubai – you’ve got a huge comfy bed, an L-shaped sofa, a desk doubling as a dining table for two, a refrigerated private bar, walk-in closet with safe, and all the luxury modcons you’d expect from a 5-star hotel carrying the name of one of the world’s top hospitality brands. The main highlight of this spacious and beautifully-designed room had to be the huge balcony where you can easily linger to soak up the rays or get comfy with a good book in hand and your choice of drink to sip – bliss. A must do is taking a long soak in the amazing free-standing oval tub – all the bathroom goals you need!

At The Pearl Spa you can relax and rejuvenate in the intimate setting of the hotel spa; featuring 10 spacious treatment rooms and a spa menu connected to Dubai traditions. Incorporating crushed pearls, camel milk and desert sand for body scrubs, while hammam rituals feature classic ghassoul clay treatments – how lovely does that sound? Our favourite element of the spa had to be the facilities in the separate men’s and women’s locker rooms, each featuring an aqua thermal experience with a steam room, heated whirlpool, ice fountain and the rain shower with different environmental themes. Treatments include everything from 24 Carat Gold Skin Perfection Facial, to a Chocolate Indulgence

Body treatment, a Lomi Lomi Massage and so many more inventive therapies to try.

Dining is a one-stop shop situation at the Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach; choose from brunches, afternoon tea, poolside or in-room dining plus a huge variety of cuisines including Mediterranean, Middle Eastern, Latin American, Turkish, International and European, amongst others. The area dubbed “Restaurant Village” provides some of the best food on offer in Dubai, such as the coveted Jean-Georges Kitchen – get ready for a culinary adventure every day of your stay. When it comes to leisure, you’re spoilt for choice here. This is the place that you won’t be able to stop putting on snapchat with the hashtag #PoolLife –why? Because you’ve got THREE water playgrounds to choose from; the Quiet, Active and Indoor pools. The first two are outdoor and great for cooling off from getting your tan on. The latter is a fab option for anyone who wants to keep their fitness regime on point and do some laps!

There’s a comprehensive fitness centre with every machine and range of free weights and equipment that you could want, plus an excellent jogging trail nearby – so workouts can be changed up whilst your on holiday! Leisure activities include everything from tennis to kayaking, paddle-boarding, beach volleyball and more (non-motorised water sports on Jumeirah Beach are complimentary for hotel guests).

Much like the service inside the hotel, when you’re lounging on the grounds, expect to be treated like royalty. The Four Seasons attendants are available to serve food and drinks, but what we loved most of all is the hourly poolside amenities, such as Evian spritzes and frozen treats – with the hotel’s compliments. Sun lotions are also available at the towel station which is super handy if you forget to bring SPF!
