Savour the taste of Asia this Ramadan as Bushido transforms into Bushra and features the unique and eclectic flavours of popular Asian street food. Diverging from traditional Arabian cuisine, this year Bushra is revived with an entirely new image: pan-Asian street food where diners can take a bite from the variety of cuisines that make up Asia’s gastronomy - presented in a casual and street-food style.

The original concept of George V Eatertainment (in charge of curating the aesthetic of Bushido by Buddha-Bar) remains in essence. The new facade and ambiance of Bushra Ramadan concept is one to definitely experience for yourself this year and understand the taste of this unique offering. Guests will step into the Orient, as the Chinese lanterns light up the decor and set the mood for a warm and welcoming Iftar or Ghabga experience. The faint sounds of oud music infused with contemporary beats echo around the venue after sunset. The Bushra ambiance will feature “street food” stalls from different Asian countries.

RAMADAN TENT

Al Bahrain Ballroom includes the main dining area and a special Ramadan Tent, all dressed up in a modern Arabesque theme. The buffet features a wide selection of traditional Bahraini fare as well as Lebanese, Moroccan, Indian, Turkish, Italian and global cuisine with a number of live cooking stations such as sushi station, bao station, dosa station and carving station. During the holy month, a professional live band from Cairo will be playing mellow traditional tunes in the Ramadan Tent with an Opera singer.

Gergaoun Celebration

On the 15th day of Ramadan, the Kids for All Seasons Club has arranged many fun activities such as spreading candies, singing traditional songs and a talent show. From sunset to 8.30pm.

Bay View Lounge

Bay View Lounge is open nightly after sunset during the month of Ramadan. Guests can replenish and reenergise by enjoying their first cup of freshly brewed coffee or linger over a fragrant cup of aromatic tea. From sunset until 1am on weekdays and until 2am on weekends.

RE/ ASIAN CUISINE BY WOLFGANG PUCK

Explore Wolfgang Puck’s delicious contemporary take on traditional Asian favorites during Ramadan. Open every day of the month, enjoy the a la carte menu for breakfast, or pop in for lunch or a longer, more relaxed dinner and indulge in the special signatures like Angry Lobster or Chili Dan Dan Dumplings.
