PLUMS

Designed to be cosmopolitan and inviting, Plums is considered a Bahrain hot spot. Housing the city’s most popular dining room will match the already incomparable reputation the hotel has in Manama. Nirvana

The very name conjures up images of maharajas who knew the secrets of spectacular dining. Nirvana brings royal flavors to The Ritz-Carlton for a dining adventure rarely enjoyed outside of India. Accompanied by live music of the ‘Santoor’ and décor that is unsurpassed on the island. A la carte menu available daily, 6pm to 11.30pm. Closed on Mondays. Ramadan Thali menu, daily – BD15 per person. Tandoori Jugabandi, every Thursday – BD20 sharing per two guests, inclusive of unlimited flow of kebabs and four mocktails.

The Ritz Gourmet Lounge

For coffee aficionados, a freshly roasted selection of various coffees from Arabica to Turkish is available daily and can be purchased in the gourmet lounge retail area - along with home-made breads, croissants, pates, tartines, richly decorated desserts, chocolates, ice cream, fine olive oils and caviar. The shisha terrace lounge serves exotic and newly composed flavours in oversized contemporary Meduse pipes, made of Czech hand-blown Bohemian Glass. Guests may sample Meduse Beach, a blend of watermelon, lemon and coconut, Eden’s Apple, a composition of Eskandarani apple, chocolate and mint or Karkade Mist, mixed with pomegranate, strawberry and plum. A dedicated shisha sommelier assists with choosing the perfect flavour and recommends a selection of drinks and refreshments to accompany this finest shisha experience. Furn Bakery is open from 10am to sunset for takeaway cake, coffee and snacks. Open for normal service from sunset to 1am on weekdays and until 2am on weekends. A la carte Suhour menu is also available at Furn Bakery. Private Iftar or Ghabga with menu options, starting from BD14 net, BD16 net and BD 18 net also available.
