The Holy Month is upon us, and we’ve prepared an issue dedicated to this special and important period of our lives in the Middle East. We bring modest styles, beauty tips to maintain a healthy complexion, info on how to improve the light in your home (this month, with extra help from lanterns), a destination with deep roots in the Arabic culture and a list of the best eateries to enjoy a hearty meal during Iftars and Suhours. With the Doha Jewellery & Watches Exhibition happening in May, we bring information on what to look for and a selection of stunning new collections from iconic and luxury jewellery brands. Our spa experience happened in a splendid location – the Al Messila Spa. The pampering destination has 14,000sq/m of pools, fitness studios, gyms, saunas and treatment rooms – an ode to wellness. And after having our bodies balanced and cared for, we indulged in a Chinese journey at Hakkasan to savour delicate and flavoursome dishes.
