We delved into the soul of eastern cuisine at SABAI THAI, The Westin Doha Hotel & Spa with their extraordinary showcase of authentic textures and flavours.

Sabai Thai, The Westin Doha Hotel & Spa, provides the perfect culinary journey through Asia seamlessly pulling in delights from the Far East to provide diners with a mouth-watering experience. Opening its doors for lunch every day and every evening, the restaurant provides both indoor and covered outdoor seating, catering perfectly for the two seasons we face in Qatar. When we visited the restaurant we were fortunate enough to sit in the beautiful conservatory area, which evokes memories of Thai holidays with authentic décor and precise finishing touches - not to forget the fact that you’ve a surrounding pond full of koi fish around you to amplify the authenticity of Thailand.

Sabai Thai offers up a masterful culinary adventure in bountiful amounts. Their menu consists of a wide variety of Chef’s specials and signature dishes that are served beautifully on vibrant plates at the centre of the table. My friend and I devoured dishes from across the Asian continent, each served separately and presented wonderfully, much to our excitement. A definite haven for those social media snaps!
