If you approved the ad, it is ready for print and no additional steps are needed.

If you have submitted minor changes to the ad, you will receive a Final Proof at this stage. Simply review your requested changes and reply with approval.
If you have a sample brochure that you can send as a PDF file, that is also helpful. Include a mock-up or sketch of the ad, if you have something specific in mind.

At this stage, we will fix typos and make minor changes to the ad itself, at no charge.
If one round of changes was not enough, and you are requesting additional changes or a complete revision of the ad, our graphic artist will let you know how much these changes or revisions will cost before the work is started. We bill $15 per quarter hour with a quarter hour being the minimum charge. Please be very clear about your revisions at this point so we can give you an accurate estimate to make these changes. Additional ad design/creation charges will be invoiced with your advertising invoice.
