HOME IS WHERE YOU MAKE IT

One of the fastest ways to meet your new best friends is by living on campus in one of our traditional underclassman residence halls. Centrally located on the Quad near three of our main academic buildings, each hall offers first-year students a short walk to class and an even quicker sprint to visit friends in the neighboring building.

Nearly 97% of first-year students choose to live on campus, while approximately 75% of all Fairfield undergraduates reside in one of our residence halls, apartments, or townhouses. A portion of seniors also have the opportunity to pursue off-campus living, including rental properties on Fairfield Beach.
