C of fe e M u g s I chose the very fashionable tall, slightly squared and flared at the top, shape for the elegant and contemporary 16 oz. mug to coordinate with my watercolor and ink artwork. But the most fun in this design was creating the handle in the shape of a shoe! I loved all the design elements so much that I wanted to be sure we could all use it as our ‘favorite’. That meant the handle had to be more than cute, it had to be comfortable as well. Ahhh, sometimes the best things in life are worth that extra effort.

MINIMUM ORDER POLICY: The minimum order amount is $200 for both new accounts and reorders. All prices are wholesale and subject to change without notice. “Just the Right Shoe” is a dealer-only program; please see your sales representative for details. CREDIT POLICY: Failure to pay the full amount due on time, or any unauthorized return of merchandise may result in the suspension of net Term privileges. Dating programs and other incentives will not be available to customers with a history of late payments. We may impose a monthly service charge of 2% on past due balances. Return checks will result in a service charge of $30 per occurrence and

we may impose a monthly interest of 2% of the total payment due. All accounts past due 90 days will be turned over for collection of the amount due plus any additional late charges and the cost of collections. RETURNS POLICY: No unauthorized returns will be accepted. All returns and/or invoice adjustments must be accompanied by an Evergreen Enterprises return authorization number, which can be obtained by calling our Customer Service Department. If the shipping box is noticeably damaged, please file a claim directly with the carrier. Please file all other claims directly with Evergreen Enterprises within 7 days of receipt of the merchandise. Any authorized return for product that is not being returned because of damages or defects must be in sellable condition and in the original packaging. Authorized returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Any return damages that are the result of the customer’s faulty packaging will not be credited to the customer’s account. Do not deduct the cost of any claims from payments unless otherwise instructed. We will apply the credit directly

to the customer’s account and forward a credit memo. BACK ORDER & SUBSTITUTION POLICY: If a product is not available on the original shipment, a backorder will be created if the total value exceeds $40. If it is less than $40, we will cancel the items from the order. Please include these items on your next order. We will not create backorders if specifically requested by customers. Backorders that do not ship within 90 days of the original ship date or seasonal items that do not ship within 20 days of the end of the season or holiday will automatically be canceled unless otherwise specified by customer. Evergreen, at our discretion, may substitute like items in response to outof-stock situations. In such cases, customers may choose to “opt-out” of the substitution and wait for receipt of the actual item ordered by making a “No Substitutions” notation on the order form, or by informing the customer service representative taking the order.

United States, unless weight or packaging restrictions require us to ship using common carriers. If there are no specific instructions, we will ship the fastest and least expensive method possible. Freight charges will be subject to fuel-related surcharges, which may vary throughout the year. We ship to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico via United States Postal Service. They are toys for grownups.” Lorraine Vail Lorraine Vail grew up in the Philadelphia area where she received her BFA from the University of the Arts before moving to San Francisco. From an early age, she has been passionate in the pursuit of her art. Apprenticed at fifteen and classically trained as a painter, she went on to major in Illustration. She was freelancing in New York and Philadelphia in the 1980’s, when Lorraine’s interests turned to sculpting. The sculptural work was very well received and for the next two decades, Vail created large scale works for public spaces and sold limited edition bronzes in fine Art Galleries before creating the award winning, miniature shoes we have come to know as Just the Right Shoe™ more than ten years ago. Now painting in oils again, she is also enjoying working in watercolor with brush and ink. “It’s such a fast and spontaneous medium, the artist says, so compatible with contemporary high fashion and home décor.”
