Encore has devised a series of packages that can allow a streamlined solution to your upcoming event- that is both economical, yet still impactful. Consider these a foundation to build upon, or the ultimate endgame- your choice.

01 Ballroom

Package 1 is our full ballroom, dual screen, scenic backdrop setup.

58ft x 14ft scenery backdrop.

Multiple lectern solutions with optional branding.

2 x 13’x7’4” projection screens with 2 x 12k laser projectors, 4 x 55” relay screens and a presenter comfort monitor.

Full room sound system for even coverage with lapel or handheld microphone option also including a wired lectern microphone.

8ft x 20ft stage, carpet covered with a hard fascia.

2 x dedicated event operators (audio & video) includes installation and removal crew.

Stage wash lighting package with the addition of LED uplighters.

Package 2 offers a simple, cost effective solution with a drape backdrop and a dual screen setup.

Black drape stage backdrop. 2x 10ft fast fold projector screens.

Multiple lectern solutions with optional branding.

8ft x 16ft stage, carpet covered with a hard fascia.

Full room sound system for even coverage with lapel and handheld microphone, also including a wired lectern microphone.

32ft x 9ft scenery backdrop with curved sections and integrated screens.

Multiple lectern solutions with optional branding.

8ft x 16ft stage, carpet covered with a hard fascia.

2 x 86” LED screens, 2 x 55” relay screens and a presenter comfort monitor.

Full room sound system for even coverage with lapel and handheld microphone, also including a wired lectern microphone.

2 x dedicated event operators (audio & video) includes installation and removal crew.

Stage wash lighting package with the addition of coloured LED uplighters.

We have a passion for storytelling and creating immersive digital experiences to engage your audience.

The creative team at Encore is rather experienced in content creation for live event playback and we collaborate with our clients internal marketing, design and event teams to bring their brand, products, services and key messages to life. We work directly with our on-site technicians creating a seamless experience for you.
