Here are a few general rules for portions: • Proteins like meat or turkey: 4-5 ounces per person • Hors D’Oeuvres: 8-10 per person • Sushi: 8-10 pieces per person • Side dishes: 6 ounces per person • Drinks: 1-2 drinks per person per hour Remember, it’s always best to err on the side of too much rather than too little! Decorating: Let the colors of the season take center stage by dressing your place settings with seasonal hues: For Thanksgiving: Use orange or yellow napkins, flame-red place cards, earthtoned candles. For a harvest-themed centerpiece, fill a few glass bowls, vases, or hurricane lanterns with seasonal apples, pears, oranges in several varieties and shades, and place them down the length of the table. For Hanukkah: Wrap your silverware in blue napkins tied with a small bag of chocolate gelt. Place a menorah in the center of the table with a card that tells the family history behind it. Put dreidels and silver confetti on the table to add an extra holiday flair. For Christmas: Use a red table runner with holly branches and plaid green napkins. Place a unique ornament at each place setting with your guests name hand-written on it for a personalized touch. To make the dinner a bit more formal, put small votive candles along the length of your table to add holiday warmth. Cleanup Plan: Caterers suggest to have one large bag for every 10 people. But don’t spend all night re-lining your bin. Instead, before the party starts, pre-line your garbage can with a few bags. Then, when one is full, simply remove it and a fresh one will already be waiting.

FAQ’S Do you have minimums for Catering? Yes, we have a $50 minimum. Do you offer disposables? Yes, disposable plates, napkins, and utensils are available upon request for an additional fee. Will my order be ready to serve? All items are cold or ready to heat, unless otherwise posted. Do you offer delivery? Pick-up is offered at all locations. Delivery is offered throughout Manhattan; please call for rates. For all other locations, please call for details. Can I change my order? We will gladly accept changes if made before posted “order by” dates.
