Break bread with Elena THIS BOTCHED FAMILY RECIPE IS IRRESISTIBLE.
Years ago, the company’s founder collaborated with his wife Elena, using what she thought was her Grandma’s exact recipe to make rusks (Cypriot crisp rolls). The dough was a lot softer than her grandma’s, but they baked it anyway. And the rolls were delicious! So the same recipe used to create their first batch is still being used today. The bestsellers are rusks with aniseed and whole meal rusks, as well as rusk bites flavored with cinnamon. And Elena produces some interestingflavored breadsticks, including Pesto, Pomegranate and Mediterranean.
